The facility and grounds are beautiful. We love the stucco exterior and Mexican style interior decor with clay tile floors, planation shutters, beehive fireplace and upscale feel of the units. The resort environment is absolutely charming, esp. when considering the Rancho Manana golf course and the Tonto Bar & Grill adjacent to the HGV property. Our host, Griffin, was a cool dude, very helpful and attentive, and sales rep Brenda is terrific, so helpful and nice, introducing us to Cave Creek’s great bars and restaurants and discussing options for future stays as renters vs. members. We will return to this resort time and time again.

Kitchen utensils, pans, ceramicware, glassware are minimal.

Rancho Manana is a very nice, quiet, small resort with less than 40 housing units. Beautiful grounds, pool, restaurant and while it felt very uncrowded, at check-in we were told they had 100% occupancy. Located far from the lights and glamor of Scottsdale, this isn't the place you go to raise hell or spend all day in a noisy, Las Vegas environment; people are relaxing and enjoying the calm. That said, many of the Scottsdale attractions were only 30-40 minutes away. Our condo was excellent for our family; a 60 year old couple, a 30 year old couple and a 10 month old baby. The kitchen, dining and living area met our needs nicely, and having a small washer & dryer was very handy.

It didn't bother us, but if packing your luggage (or a baby) up a flight of stairs, stick with a ground floor unit. The big bathtub was a bit awkward for bathing the baby, but the adult just had to "commit" and climb right in there with the child.

Love the property have stayed here many times

It was like pulling teeth trying to get the towels changed/more toilet paper. We were told that we could only get housekeeping on the fourth day of a stay (we only stayed four) so they once delivered us towels but besides that we were on our own. Couldn’t get more laundry soap to wash our towels ourselves. Next time we will buy laundry detergent to bring.

Large comfortable room for a family to enjoy. Onsite golf and restaurant was excellent. Beautiful desert views and the resort is close to home for a wonderful staycation to celebrate family and friends.

Would have preferred a downstairs unit and closer to the golf course as I have enjoyed in the past. Onsite spa would have been nice, it may have been closed during my stay.

The area was beauiful and was able to use the pool even after check out

That I didnt get the room I request they gave it to someone else that couldn't do upstair I was short a Bed. My son had to sleep on the couch. He was not happy about that. They couldnt move me or tell me what happen until the next that i check out manager told me what happen and why i didnt get the room i had paid for and requested

Have stayed before many times. The casitas are large and comfortable. Love having a full kitchen especially to make our own breakfast. Grounds are immaculate. Pool area is lovely, appreciated the heated pool.

Really need information in rooms about the area, how to work TV, process for recycling etc. Would be nice to have a guide even if it’s just a digital link they can text to you.

Everything was great, clean rooms, friendly staff. It is a beautiful location and we had our entire famiy stay there after my wedding, Lovely ambience and luckily some shaded areas in the pool area.

We did wish that we could have breakfasted at the Tonto Bar and Grill, but with a full kitchen and an array of restaurants to choose from, we did ok. Local Cave Creek restaurants are very close and make great breakfasts.

Mark was amazing , kind and helpful. This stay was for my mom who isn’t able to get around real well due to some health conditions. Mark was able to pick her up and transport to restaurant and car which was extremely helpful. Unfortunately , she did call front desk for golf cart assistance one day and they told her she’d have to walk which wasn’t an option.

The space....we never had a full apartment for us all to enjoy. Really appreciate the staff management for making such a great place for a family to stay. Next time we hang to stay a few day

We liked the size & comfort of room with kitchen, 2nd story and close proximity to town and golf course. Liked ability to book golf well in advance.
