Hot breakfast was good…they provided alternatives such as turkey sausage or pork sausage. The egg choices were delicious and the staff ensure that the breakfast area was clean and stocked. The room they gave us was on the 4th floor. It was clean and free of smells. It was also a quiet floor at the time of our stay. Check in process was easy and efficient. We were exhausted when we came in, and the ladies in the front desk were very understanding and worked as quickly as possible to get us situated so that we could rest. We really appreciated this.

The location was great and easy to access. The hotel and room were/was clean and nice (seemed recently upgraded). All in all it was a good stay and I would go back even though there were a few things that seemed off.

The ac in my room sounded like a diesel truck running when it came on...ugh! and i thought it was strange that the table the maid left her card on was dusty...I drew smiley faces in the dust....I am continually disappointed that the waffles are gone! ...it was a great breakfast, but I was hoping for waffles...the pancake thing is weird.

Location excellent--freeway accessible but not on a busy street. Good parking, great room, comfortable beds, 4 pillows per bed, clean room, well equipped with microwave, fridge, safe, coffee maker, everything you need especially for the business traveler IMO. Good blackout window coverings too for odd-hour sleepers. Cheerful and helpful staff.

smelly bath products provided are always poor, idiosyncratic choices. Find something with minimal smell or very neutral smell please. Everything else was great.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a facility that offers comp breakfast. Wide variety of choices, food was hot and plentiful. Excellent.

The wi-fi service. Could not connect my lap top to the existing wi-fi. A clerk tried also and could not do it. Stated that my lap top was blocking wi-fi but went to another bldg the next morning and my lap top worked perfectly with their system.

Loved the front office staff, especially Marla who was very accommodating and efficient. I called her one day to see if we could get our room early since we needed to change and get to a wedding at 3pm and check in to the hotel was 3pm. She asked me to call the day of arrival which I did and she said she was able to confirm I would be able to get the room at 1pm which is the time we got there. She is friendly on the phone and in person. We were only there for 1 day but she told us about the area and helped us navigate out trip. Breakfast was excellent and many choice options.

There was nothing not to like, the location was perfectly close to where we needed to be and very affordable for our budget.

The hotel is within walking distance of a great shopping center and restaurant precinct. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The automatic light in the bathroom took a bit of getting used to as it is very bright (especially if you have been in a dark room and then walk into the bathroom!) I thought the breakfast provided was great with more options to eat than I was expecting. Having an onsite laundry also proved useful.

The citywide lack of public transportation means cars or Uber/taxi is required to get any where but that is not the hotels fault - just a fact that means it is not easy to get around.

The room was updated with modern conveniences. Lots of electrical and USB ports, powered window coverings, a decent TV, K-cup coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Parking was free, unlike the Marriott properties near the Mayo.

I would prefer laminate flooring to carpet in the rooms.

Staff is super responsive to our needs. We needed early check-in, no problem with request. They greeted us every time we returned and every time we left the property. The room is large, beds are comfortable, the property is immaculate. Lots of choices for breakfast. We have stayed here for many years, and it's convenient to Mayo and Desert Ridge Mall. Easy freeway access.

Amenities, cleanliness, air-conditioning, easy check-in/check-out, location, and especially a great included breakfast.

Some people might not like the hotel being close to the 101 Loop Freeway but the building construction is good and well insulated and the highway noise was minimal

Convenient to the Musical Instrument Museum. Room offered microwave, keurig coffee maker, and mini fridge (no freezer compartment.) Comfortable bed, soft towels, clean. Great breakfast, including a variety of hot choices (cheese omelets, sausage, bacon) or the usual yogurt, bagels etc.
