The hotel had nice big rooms, with a comfortable bed and a good workspace. We had a large couch in our room which was great for reading or watching tv. The hotel fitness center is well equipped, they have a nice lobby that includes snacks or drinks if you need them. We didn't use the pool but its a good size within a nice outdoor area. The breakfast we got the first day was good, and there is a nice little bar to relax in at the end of the day. The location is close to many shops, restaurants and things to do (like hiking). We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

A little more storage (eg, drawer space for clothes) in the room would have been great. We ended up pulling the ironing board out of the closet and putting clothes on it. Some things are starting to feel a little worn (eg, tile in the bathroom) and will probably need to be upgraded in the near future.

Disappointing waited 18 minutes before given a menu. I was watching and the server was wiping down tables that were clean and looked at me a few times.Then walked and sorry but I thought you were here to just seat.?????? Later that night I waited 12 minutes to get served a drink in the bar????!!

Better staff with customer in mind and more training

The Desert Ridge location can't be beat for restaurants, stores, entertainment. Great access to main highways to get you all around the Phx metro area and suburbs. AC is nice and cold. Room appears to be clean. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels all look clean. Adequate lighting. Room for multiple chargers by bed. Large picture window to bring in lots of light or double shades to block light, too. Small fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker are nice features and appeared clean. Good desk area. Ample closet with iron & board, hangers, luggage stand. Shower is large and water pressure good. Bathroom mirror and countertop large, too. Lobby very nice. Staff welcoming. Some shady areas for parking, too. In August, this means alot!

The shower floor doesn't look clean. Fiberglass liners are hard to keep clean and this one needs to be replaced. Wallpaper in some places torn or peeling in main area . Unable to find any info online or thru the TV about the restaurant downstairs. No menus in room, of course, but no QR code to scan that I could find.

The floor plan was unique, unified, and comfortable. Bathroom was nicely designed and clean. Could use an exhaust fan.

Bed was not the most comfortable. Only one chair to work at a very nice long table/ desk. Other table in room was not usable because of too tall for sitting at on couch or bed. One chair is great for singles not double occupancy.

Clean, modern furniture, easy parking, good air conditioner without loud fan sound

Our room was directly opposite to a high way. At 5:30 A.M loud sound from fast cars passing by. The sound isolation of the windows should be better. If you want to sleep well ask for a room not opposite to the high way. Otherwise really a nice hotel

The room an d bathroom were both a good size and clean. The breakfast was delicious. We got in the pool - nice pool area! Everyone at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. We also took the shuttle several times - that was really convenient. It is close to a shopping area.

Our room had a faint off and on musty smell. We only complained when we checked out because it wasn’t worth moving.

My GPS took me to the wrong hotel in a not so safe neighborhood. I reached out to the hotel, and the night manager was so helpful. He gave me directions and I finally arrived. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Every staff member that we came across was amazing in what they did. Great location, clean and improvement’s were being worked on during our stay. Can’t wait to see finished results.

The room were nice. Enough room for everyone. The air conditioner was quite. The pool was a good size. The bathroom was large. The towel were large and good quality.The speaker in the mirror was nice to play music. Plenty of outlet in the room and bar area and dinner area. Mostly like we would stay again. The little things that were wrong are not enough for us not to come back. Close to location we needed. Restaurant were close along with shopping. Target and Walgreens very close to the hotel.

Nobody pick up towels by the pool area until 11:00 pm. Also the towels were not replaced during the day. The staff were on their phone a lot at the front desk. The checking were different for each family. Some people receive popcorn other did not. Food voucher not giving to all family. bar/food had weird hours on weekend . We couldn’t order anything until after five. The beds could have been more comfortable but not to bad. The fridge was on the small side. Other room had bigger fridge.

Location, the bed was so comfy, the spa was hot and clean, the entire staff was friendly, but MOSTLY the food. The waiter was so friendly and the food was amazing!!!
