A really nice hotel. There was some noise during the day from the airport but did not cause any issues whatsoever. The ‘room’ was actually a three room suite. There was a lounge/dining/kitchen, a separate bathroom in the corridor from the lounge to the bedroom, and a bedroom with two beds. The lounge was spacious and very clean. The kitchenette had a good size fridge, microwave, sink, coffee-maker and counter space. There was also a desk/table and chair for eating or working. A three seater settee and coffee table were also available. I especially liked that there were good lighting options. Mr lounge window looked out to the pool/garden. The bathroom wasn’t huge but easily had enough room. It was well stocked and had a hairdryer. The bedroom window looked onto the main road and part of the hotel car park. Noise from the road was minimal. The pool area was lovely. Lots of sun-beds, and chairs under sun shades. I didn’t try the pool but it was clean and inviting. I had the included breakfast twice. It was well stocked and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Scottsdale Road was close so I had easy access to Scottsdale during my stay. There’s an up market shopping area nearby and a Five Guys (my first visit 😊). A great hotel, very well located in North Scottsdale.

There was nothing to dislike.

I am staying here for a week and extended my stay from a 2 night stay and love the size of the room. It fit the needs of me and my sons and my pets, I like how there is separate rooms for privacy. Breakfast was delicious and staff is always warm and inviting. The location is great also, this is like a hidden gem for this area. The hotel seems a bit dated but does have the hotel accommodations down, iron board, coffee machine and microwave. I would stay here again or any best western just because of this experience. There was an issue with the shower also, but a maintenance guy came and fixed the issue right away.

I have to keep asking for basic things like towels and toilet paper, it would be nice if housekeeping knocked on my door and asked if I didnt put a sign up for privacy.

My wife says breakfast was very good. Due to an event at Westworld, we asked for and received a late check-out. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, exceeded expectations for a hotel in Scottsdale that was half the price of most of the others.

Housekeeping didn't get the word, or says she didn't get the word, that we had received permission for late check-out. She made it clear she was not happy we were still in the room after 11:30.

Nice clean room with sparkling white sheets, pillows, towels, etc. They also provided a Graco Pack n Play playpen for our baby. Delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful any time we needed anything or had any questions. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The whole hotel has a very sensible layout, so even though it is big, it's easy to find your way around. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Love how this property is set off, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale. They have an incredible hot breakfast every day. Pam and Steve are this amazing couple that does the breakfast on certain days and they absolutely made my stay. People that work here are happy and it certainly makes customer service and just everything better. The pool was very clean and the grass area was so nice.

The agency I was visiting was just half a mile away so it was super convenient. Also, it is really close to restaurants and other shopping. Even though it was that close to those places it was pretty quite.

I didn't realize it was a motel so I didn't like the exterior doors and I was on the ground floor which made it a bit worse.

Breakfast was great! Better variety and quality than most places. Property itself was in fantastic condition! Grass was cut and well kept. The pool area was clean and open all hours (we really appreciated that). Pet friendly. The king suite was a big 1 bedroom that was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Ice and vending machines worked correctly. The bartender was very friendly, and drinks were a good value. Beautiful area of Scottsdale. There is plenty of shopping, dining, and stuff to see.

The room was very spacious and the welcome cookies a delight.

I thought the bed was too hard but understand that is personal preference . The front desk people were always in the office on their phones the several times we went to ask questions . They didn’t seem happy to be disturbed.

Breakfast is free for guests and abundant and varied. The cleaning and breakfast staff are always very nice and helpful. We love that the room has 2 separate sections, bedroom, and office, so you can be working in the office while the rest of the family is resting in the bedroom.
