I really liked the location of the hotel, the staff were great, they helped us with an early check-in. The hotel itself was very clean and smelled nice, the room was also clean, the furniture was a bit worn, but overall everything was fine. There were TVs in each room, it was especially nice that there was capsule coffee and tea. There were dishes and kitchenware to cook food. The bathroom itself was not completely cleaned, I needed to wash my child, so I washed it myself. Our room consisted of two rooms, it is not very convenient, I cannot leave one child overnight, so my dad lived in a separate room, but it was convenient for him to work, no one bothered him. Overall, the apartments are not bad, Chadstone itself is nearby, a pharmacy, many other stores, the price is a little high.

The apartment was clean. Good bathroom, adequate kitchen and equipment. Good bed linen and bathroom towels. The balcony was a nice surprise, just to be able to sit outside. Aircon was very good. Laundry facilities were good with a cupboard of top up amenities such as coffee pods, teabags, towels that was a nice touch. An excellent Chinese restaurant adjoins the apartment. A little pricey but you get what you pay for so excellent value.

The bed, although comfortable enough was soft at the edge of the mattress. Very good bed linen though. Entry and egress from the car park can be testing, especially on the Warrigal road side

Sofa bed wasn't comfortable to sleep in for 5th person because it was out of alignment (not horizontal); our youngest child was able to sleep on the lounge so we managed Lounge/dining was a little on the small size Spa bath shower outlet did not have a good flow of water - could do with a check

Rooms were comfortable and suite was spacious. We were right next to the lift and didn't hear a thing from the hallway, which was great. The Tea Garden restaurant downstairs was fantastic, and very accomodating. Contacting us when our order was ready so we could pick up easily.

The sensor light between the two rooms of the suite. Every time we moved anywhere in the main room, or the smaller bedroom, the light turned on, which was difficult at night with four people moving around.

Clean warm and comfortable. T2 tea bags and coffee pods in the room. Swipe access to reception after hours, swipe for lift access felt very secure. Subway and little Coles at petrol station over the road. Staff were friendly. Had a little balcony too. 5 min to Chadstone, 10 min to Cabrini. Pretty much straight off freeway. Easy to find. There is parking underneath and you can buy a guaranteed parking space for $15. Comes with a fob to raise/lower one of those parking space blocking things. There were spare spaces when we were there but I bought a space because I didn’t want to get back from dinner at Chadstone and find no spots left. No noise from other guests. Occasionally road noise.

Nothing. Was a nice easy clean place to stay.

The Staff is super friendly and very helpful to make my stay comfortable Location was Ideal as Chadstone is very closely and so is Oakleigh where you have great spots to dine and shop. if you don't want to spent a lot and want to have a comfortable space this apartment would be ideal, they have laundry in rooms and the cleaning staff does a good job in making up your room.

Ac was not serviced for quite sometime, when I turn on the Aircon for cooling there was black dust blown out. It was not cleaned for ages probably. But the staff took immediate action and got AC professional to clean it.

We were only in Mlbrn for the night but found it so convenient to use their after hours check in system and express check out the following morning. The staff were so helpful. When we arrived the heater had been put on for us so our room was so warm and inviting (AMAZING because we have our 4yo daughter). Room was so spacious, bed was nice and comfy, we had a coffee each with the Nespresso machine in the kitchen, amazing! And even better I was able to do a load of washing in the machine and dryer in our room - how good is that.

The girls at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable and centrally located for what we were in town for.

Im a country girl and the street noise was loud, but to be expected in the city. Also the cafe on site wasn’t open for breakfast which was disappointing.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond for us so we could enjoy our stay. They provided a cot for my son, brought my groceries up to my room and even called me before the fire drill to make sure my son wasn’t asleep. Couldn’t be more thankful to the staff! (Especially April)

The only thing would have been the couch, just very sat in so not as comfortable- still ok though

Great location, close to Chadstone Shopping Centre. There was nice amenities provided, like T2 teas and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable, and although it's very close to a busy intersection I didn't notice any traffic noise.

The water in the shower was not as hot as I would like it. It wasn't cold, but wasn't really hot either. One of the forks provided was dirty. The office chair only just fitted between the desk and the bed, and was a little difficult to use. I needed to pay extra for parking.
