The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was very spacious with a nice big shower, toiletries are available, american breakfast was great, coffee & tea for free all around the clock, very clean room, clean airconditioned gym, friendly and very helpful staff, 30min away from Kennedy Space Center.

Room 124 is next to the laundry room and the hotel generator (?) which is outside the window. Because of this, it was noisy during the night. The good thing about this room, is that it is just next to the breakfast area and close to the reception.

Liked the location. Love the room. very comfortable.

Although this is a nonsmoking hotel, the smoking area is right at the front door. We couldn’t sit by the fire pit because of all the smokers. In order to go in the hotel, you have to pass by the smoke. Smoking area should be away from the front door.

Clean enough and there's food right next door if you need it. We saw a rocket launch the night of our stay, which was very exciting. We had a one bedroom room and it was very spacious with lots of storage space. Staff were very friendly.

Our beds were pretty awful. Our Queen sized bed was so hard I woke up aching in the night. The sofa bed was truly awful - so much so that even our 9 year old was complaining about it.

LOCATION WAS GOOD, LOTS OF STORES WITHIN CLOSE DISTANCE. LOCATION RIGHT OFF I-95 AND ONLY 24 MILES FROM THE PORT. GREAT BREAKFAST AND HOT COFFEE. NICE GYM AND COMFORTABLE BEDS, AND GREAT SHOWER FLOW.

THERE WAS NOT TO MUCH THAT WE DIDN'T LIKE. THE PARKING LOT MAY NEED A LITTLE MORE LIGHTING AND THEY COULD HAVE HAD THE OUTDOOR PATIO FIRE PIT GOING FOR OUR ENJOYMENT. OTHER THEN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

We booked a room during hurricane Ian. The front desk let us to check-in early which is REALLY nice considering the storm was still around (when we're waiting in the car, the wind shook our car a lot and we saw things flew around). The room was unbelievably nice. Feels clean, no weird odor, the AC worked very well. Got tons of facilities and amenities. We're provided with all kitchen stuffs too. Bathroom was very clean (I'm a squeamish person and I didn't feel the urge to wear slippers anywhere in the room). Bed was super comfy, clean, and no old bed sheet smell. Another bonus point is that their internet is super good! This hotel is awesome!

I think the downside was just the room wasn't soundproof at all. We could still hear noises from outside and other rooms. Unfortunately there were kids in the rooms around us. They screamed, shouted, ran around, hit walls, pushed furnitures and played something with wheels 'til past midnight. It was really frustrating.

Fully equipped kitchen, friendly and helpful staff, free coffee and tea all day long, great location. Property is clean, comfortable, and well managed. Breakfast and pool are nice.

Room is not cleaned everyday and towels are not replaced but you can ask for more towels.

I only ate a little breakfast once. The muffins were good. The coffee was very good. I appreciated that you had halfnhalf availble as well as your articial non dairy creamers.

The scones were dry and tasted like card board. The breakfast sandwhich was wet from being in the plastic wrapper and kept in a warmer with the lid on.

Gave me a quiet night of sleep. It was clean, quiet, free parking, and included a breakfast. It met all my needs. I would return again.

Ran out of some ingredients for oatmeal.on my second day.

We stayed here because of the location close to the wetlands. It’s expensive for a chain hotel, but convenient. Early breakfast was nice cause we were out before sunrise.

Nice, clean, comfortable. Free parking place (even though in the Booking description it says "no parking". We enjoyed freshly made oatmeal for breakfast.

We would appreciate more variety at breakfast and more eco-friendly approach (without all that disposable stuff).
