Very clean, smelled good, friendly staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the gentleman at reception on our first night gave us a great dinner recommendation too. The waiter at breakfast was also helpful getting me some dairy free milk for my coffee each morning. It was also a great location just off of champs Elysees, and was close to public transport. We could also leave our bags there on our last day after check out as our flight was later at night, so it was helpful that we didn’t have to carry our bags around on our last day.

Paris generally is just very expensive, and while this hotel is in keeping with the city and is certainly not the most expensive option, it’s obviously more expensive than you would pay elsewhere further out of the city. It would certainly not put me off booking again and in my opinion the location is worth the cost, but Paris is just an expensive city to stay in across the board.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Very clean, and comfortable. They give us a free upgrade, and keep our luggage before and after check out. Breakfast was very good, I think there is everything you need. Very quiet area. Cleaning it was on top, you can not find in Paris, big and clean room like that easy.. We will come back soon :)

Its not about property, They book a taxi for us for airport and driver take us 61 euro for Orly Airport, I have been a lot of times and its not the normal rate. It’s not about hotel, but better book taxi by yourself..

Location was amazing, and Adrien had the best approach and service and made anything negative turn to positive. Genuinely Adrien made the stay worth every minute

No late check out, although we asked for an extension till 14:00 since our plane was later, we ended up sitting in the lobby and the hotel didn't have people and our rooms where free and it is now 16:00. P.s. we are seated literally beside the check in desk and can hear all and Adrien wasn't there

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic—close to the Arc de Triomphe and within walking distance of the Seine, Eiffel Tower. and other places. Very close is a metro station, and there are only a couple of stops to the Louver Museum. The breakfast was perfect with delicious French pastries and savory options. We requested a higher floor and enjoyed a lovely view from our room. The hotel is cozy, rooms are clean (we had cleaning every day) small, but it wasn't a big issue given the overall experience. Highly recommend it for a Parisian getaway!

Very well located, functional and practical. Great option for a working or family trip to Paris. Restaurants at walking distance, few minutes only. Places to visit / high-end shopping at 15-20 minutes walk.

The location , near everything you want to visit in Paris. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly and everything very clean all the time.

The only thing was the size of the closet , very small for two people.

Deluxe room was a really good size, huge comfy bed, and great facilities. Every single member of staff was professional, polite, and couldn't do enough for you.

Not a real issue but only one small elevator (only comfortably takes 2 people and luggage) which was very busy at peak times,

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good stay. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay.

The lift is very small. Our room was also very small and we couldn’t open our suitcases because there was not enough space. The room was really for a single person.

The staff super professional and friendly. We had to print a document and they were very helpful, there´s fresh lemonade water at reception, which was refreshing and free! Room super clean, quiet and it´s just next to the Elysées. At the end, the general manager in person greeted us and asked if all was fine. Honestly, a place to come back! Oh, I forgot: price was excellent and price/quality can´t be matched.
