Very low water pressure at the last level. Barely showered.

The AC did not work, no refridgerator in the room, someone had been smoking in the toilet. Quite noisy highway outside.

Dirty blanket, pillows, sheet. The room was fine but pretty low facilities. The tv had poor signal

Horrible ! I've booked a room and when I got there I got told that they don't have a room available ! I've asked immediately for refound or a alternative so I can have a place to sleep that night but the manager was ignorant! He admitted that he did wrong by heaving a room available on booking.com but in reality there was no room available. I ended up driving for hours that night spending lots of money on petrol but like I said the manager never cared about anything. I would never recommend this place because of the manager poor skills of treating difficult situation for the costumer's!

The day we left to go home

Very bad hotel, mouse running round run, running water occasionally, smell of sewarage from toilet. Single duvet on double bed, no kettle or tea making facilities. Our key would open all rooms on our floor so no security, birds nesting on air con units outside room. No TV control, light in room broker on 1 light worked with single bulb.
