It was located in the middle of the city and that was very convenient for me. It was very spacious including its hallways and corridors. The restaurant staff tried their best to cater for my vegan diet.

The carpet is now antiquated and has a kind of smell that no carpet cleaners can ever remove anymore. Being phoned on the day of checking out to be reminded of the check out time 45 minutes before I was due to leave was really annoying. I travel and stay in hotels all the time and I leave on the day I reserved until and on time or even just before the time! To be ringing me was just harassment and disturbing my last minute packing moments. That was so uncalled for!

No Clue how to watch TV.... It kept saying it was missing CI+ card.... And Netflix you need suscription. So large TV, but seems useless, only to tell you you are welcome.... I would appreciate a comfortoble seat rather then a chair....

The room we stayed in, a business suite, was spacious and not too noisy, and had a very comfortable bed. We were also very pleased with the new bathroom, good shower cubicle and everything works well. The breakfast buffet has improved too though the toaster and the coffee machines may need replacing. Finally, the reception staff are always excellent, thank you very much for everything, ladies.

The cleanliness of the room was not quite up to scratch, the floor was not clean when we arrived and has never been cleaned throughout our stay, I wonder if the chocolate wrap we found under our bed is still there 🙂. Also, the used glasses/cups are not replaced and the bathroom bin is not emptied every day.

I was given an upgrade to the business suites and there was so much space and surrounded by air conditions. The stay was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Walking distance to everything and I was able to see most events that were occurring at the festival in the city. The sound proofing of the apartment was also good.

Very nice hotel in the city centre. The staff was very helpful. All the receptionists spoke good English and were always very helpful. I used the hotel's laundry service and they did everything to a tee (laundry, ironing, washing to a certain temperature for some clothes). Also, the technicians were available (I needed to fix something in the bathroom and it was done in about an hour, even though it was a weekend). Also, the hotel breakfast was acceptably good and there was a hotel restaurant available on all days.

It should be noted that due to the central location on the main road, there is noise even at night (although the rooms have well soundproofed windows). Most of the staff in the restaurant do not speak English (fortunately the menu is translated).

Great location, right in the center of town. For my business purposes it was just great. Very friendly staff, large spaces even gym. Well soundproofed windows, courtesy kit, mini bar, even fresh fruit in room. Great free parking in front of hotel. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, shops, cafes, pharmacy. I didn't have breakfast so I can't give feedback on this service

Rooms a little older, with the mochete a bit dirty. Lacked hot water at evening hours. The lights in the room were a bit dim but it wasn't necessarily a minus

last time it was a mess because of the shower with low pressure and no hot water, but this time they upgraded me to an executive apartment which was perfect with comfortable bed and hot pressure shower excellent after a hard day working

breakfast is boring, staff is unable to communicate properly in English, the restaurant is using more and more frozen products and the meals are below average compared to years before when it was quite good

The hotel is very well placed in the heart of the city, allowing for seamless connections to basically everything in Ploiești. It was nice to see the hotel hosted an international chess competition for young students(see photos). Noisy chaps but lots of fun :-). Excellent staff and very forthcoming. We stayed for 9 nights, so we had enough time to build a solid impression.

The bed was very good and the room very clean and spacious.

Breakfast was good, but I've missed sparkling water. And maybe more sorts of yoghurt.

Staff are friendly and helpful

I don't have something that I don't like yet. I would just add that last night, somebody left their bathroom lights on because I could hear the air con. But overall, a good night .
