Staff was unprepared, they didn’t know about my booking. Stayed 3 nights, room wasn’t vacuumed at all although they did some maintenance works during my stay. Payed for breakfast for 3 days, last morning the same person asked me if I payed for breakfast… Food wasn’t great in the restaurant, sheets was dirty. Of course the shower was leaking bad. Overall it was a large and comfortable room for rest after work.

For a night is good value

There was a stinky smell when i entered the room, the door lock did not work very well and the walls are so thin that you can here crystal cleare your neighbors. Take in mind that is also a place where there are holding events (like weddings, anniversary, etc) and you might find it hard to fall asleep. Per total a decent place to crash for a night

Very nice place on the outskirts of the city. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Nearby swimming pool. Good starting point for exploring the Transylvanian Carpathians

The room isolation is very poor! The room is very small, no refrigerator inside.

Clean, the twin beds were confortable, there were a couple of chairs, a small table and a wardrobe in each room. The heating worked.

The rooms were really small, more suitable for single rooms, not double. One room did not have a refrigerator, in one room the TV did not work. There was a swimmingpool, yes, but it was not free, and you could only enter after the class hour (late in the evening).

I liked that I could change the room with one in the 3 starts hotel after I complained about the poor quality on the room from the 2 starts hotel. The room there it was much much better. Clean, big room, nice smell, air co was working. Everything great!

The room in the 2 stars hotel looks disappointing.. The air co was not plugged, the smell in the room was bad, the room was small. And the view from the room was dirrectly to garbage in the back. All in all the 2 starts hotel needs renovations..
