It was hidden off the main street, the rooms were clean and quiet. There were snacks you could purchase downstairs. The room also has a C charge and was very nice and appeared very updated next to each side of the bed. The bed was comfy we reserved a king-size. It had a washer dryer area downstairs and a gym.

No cream or sugar was available with coffee in our room, and no parking $7 fee a car was mentioned I would liked to have seen it while booking it so maybe I could have had the choice to pay it ahead of time Also $200 deposit but it never stated the card I was going to use didn't have my name on it and it wasn't allowed. It was a debit Mastercard. I had to wait till I made a different way to pay which took more time for me to get in my room after driving 5hrs. No garbage in the restroom. No pan to cook eggs. One little bar of soap was available we laughed about it.

Clean, modern, updated with everything you need. Laundry facilities for guests. I was in between apartments and I stayed here while looking for a place. The studio style rooms with kitchens really makes it easy for you to prepare something in the room instead of grabbing something from fast food places.

The rooms are more like a apartment or condo home. Full kitchen minus an oven . Plates , glasses , cooking utensils, silverware , dish soap, pots pans , paper towels. Full size fridge w/ freezer. Toaster!!! 2 burner stove. Nice big dining table for 4. Big flat screen TV and a full size sleeper sofa in the one bedroom suites.

Convenient location ,big room that has kitchen: fridge, microwave, stove , cable tv, wifi. Friendly staff. Very good a/c and heater system

There was some smell in the room, old building smell i think. But it was ok

The $7 charge to park in the hotel campus lot was a surprise. Kinda hidden cost.

Guy upstairs walked very heavy but the soundproofing in the room was great except the guy walked like he was trying to make noise.

The room was clean I’m very spacious. We appreciated the functional space in the kitchen area.

I couldn’t get through when I tried to call, but the front desk was very helpful when I got there. It would’ve been nice to have a breakfast area.

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to take care of our needs and answer all our questions. We were able to check in early and they were able to provide us a ground floor room as we had requested. My wife had broken her ankle and needed to use a walker to get around and a wheel chair when the walker would not work due to distance needing to be travel. Actually we had stayed at this facility years ago when it was Candle Wood Suites. Our house had water damage and we stayed there for 3.5 months while it was being fixed. So it was like visiting an old friend. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely courteous, warm and personable making it an enjoyable stay.

Room had some items broken. When we entered room the fridge was off (discovered breaker box open and the breaker for the kitchen was off - fridge went back on when I switched the breaker on). In the bathroom the towel rack was loose from the wall (could see screws holding it in, it was that loose). The security lock was also loose (looked like someone had tried to push in door). Also, housekeeping tried to get into room at 10am (11am checkout). No, we forgot to put out the sign, but still.

Location is great and very quiet! The room was super clean. I was so happy to have a small kitchen to store and make food.

Location is really good, easy to get to interstates and main roads and plenty of food options nearby. The apartment size is pretty decent, including the kitchen. Laundry facilities were good!

Our kitchen was not fully equipped. Second bed available in the living room area sits on the floor, not super comfortable. No breakfast available.
