Great value suites right smack in the business centre of Cebu. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast included, good enough food variety. Will consider staying here again when in Cebu.

Some furniture and decor are old and tired, needs a bit of freshen up. Otherwise this place is perfect.

The Breakfast was worth the amount but we didn't really take the breakfast buffet everyday since we feel like it was almost the same everyday, would be great if it could also have a congee as another option. The room was nice and clean and the hot/cold shower was great! and it's literally 5 minute walk to Ayala Mall.

The main things that I would say that could have been better is the consistency of the front desk team to smile and converse with your clients. I do understand that they might have been tired from a long day of shift but a gentle smile would not hurt. And the wifi wasn't that good at all.. my laptop had a hard time connecting which should be more faster to connect that mobile phones.

Your Front Office, Housekeeping and Concierge team were fantastic. As a 5-star hotel general manager in Dubai looking for a no-frills but comfortable stay in Cebu, we made the absolute right choice with your hotel, so much so that we extended nights on our first inbound leg and then stayed again for the outbound leg. The room we were assigned throughout was literally coming home for us at the end of each day.

Some noisy neighbours on the same floor but understand that as a hotelier myself. Your gym equipment is extremely old and the treadmill is actually no longer safe for use.

My room was adjacent to the gym on 3rd Floor. Seemingly no sound insulation so frequent vibration and pounding from the gym equipment. Also my window looked onto the large balcony (smoking) area so no privacy. 90% of lights and aircon controlled from console on bedside table. Limited flexibility to achieve desired settings. Buffet Breakfast short of adequate salad and veg ( extra cost for my stay) No accessible staircase beyond the first floor which limited my exercise and made me worry about safe escape.

Thoroughly enjoyable 1 night stay with 3 family members. Ideal location for us as we arrived late and needed a meal before restaurants closed so close to Ayala mall was perfect. Overall, despite a short stay it was very pleasant and glad I picked it on this occasion. There was a live band playing in the bar area. Great to listen to while enjoying a G and T with my wife. Only disappointment was that the cooked breakfast was not that hot from the serving containers but overall no complaints. A bonus during breakfast was a pianist playing the grand piano in the bar area who was really good. Lovely melodic classic music to enjoy while having breakfast. Excellent. Recommend this hotel for all the right reasons. Great value.

The room service was efficient, the breakfast options were satisfying, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Just a few steps from the hotel, I attended a serene Sunday Mass at the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal (Asilo De La Milagrosa) of the Daughters of Charity Sisters—a truly uplifting experience. For leisure and shopping, Ayala Mall was also just a short walk away, making my stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. With its fair rates and decent amenities, I’m already looking forward to returning to Hotel Elizabeth Cebu on my next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and value!

Location and staff well trained and respectful... they will elevate your complain to higher management to settle. And they will do it courteously on par with 5 star hotels maybe better.

How i wish theres a training on helping costumers who has auto how get in and out from the lobby...its a one way with multiple pedestrian and the proximity to ayala mall makes the driving risky specially when it slows down because people drives fast.

I want to start by thanking Booking.com for upgrading my room to junior suite. Upon arrival I was more than welcome by the staff. Room was big, with central air conditioning (which can by set in room), carpeted, big private bathroom with all necessities which btw where topped up every morning by the sweet hard working gentleman Steven Gaco, electric kettle plus supply of water, tea, milk and coffee daily, flat screen tv with 93 channels which mostly where in English language, large desk, telephone, full size mirror, sofa and arm chair, huge windows facing east to enjoy the morning sunrise, and best of all a very comfortable bed. Location is very central and close to most tourist attractions. Complimentary is a well equipped gym. Breakfast served daily at convenient hours. Dining was mostly at the hotel as there was a variety of food with good prices and live music at the piano bar.

Maybe a more continental breakfast would help :)

The staff and the breakfast. I feel they worked hard to change it up a little each day. I've been to other hotels like Alpa City Suites, the Harold and Mövenpick and the menu didn't really change. Omletes were very good. There were several malls close by

It was difficult to remember where the hotel was because we had a rental car and had to use a GPS to find it each time. The hotel dinner menu was small but the value for what we purchased was good

Location. The hotel has close proximity to Ayala mall. Housekeeping was also good. There was complimentary bottle of water and coffee which was replenished daily. The staff were very helpful with the luggage as well and very courteous.

Limited options for breakfast. Also make sure to check breakfast inclusions for children as it is only free for children below 4 y.o and they did not inform us during check in. We were only told that we had to pay Php 200 when we were already getting breakfast.
