The spongious floors, the pool, lots of trees that compensate for a drab spot, the staff was exceptional, the screen that tells what to do around is wonderful, the working desk was good. the main coffee machine was 100% good.

The hand bar soap is not hypoallergenic, my partner had a reaction , The breakfast had no options for either lactose free or gluten free, and the waffles were eggo. For 300$ you can get a wonderful used industrial waffle maker and leave that to the clients (that's what we did at our inn) and it's instantly better. A few more fruits would be good too, and maybe cereals / instant oats.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I both liked and disliked the lighting: Although it was versatile with several lamp fixtures, was overall too dim. The breakfast included a great variety of items, well laid out, but no meats as far as I could see.

The lighting over the bathroom vanity was particularly dim, making it very to apply my make-up. The bed was a bit soft for my comfort, and the pillows a bit lumpy. I would have liked the room a bit more soundproof, on one of the nights and I could hear the TV next door, during the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep.

The room was clean and easily accessible with dedicated parking right in front of each unit. The suite was spotless. It was very clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provided excellent customer service.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. There was a good variety including toast, bagel, boiled eggs, waffles, etc. I would have liked to also have some hot options such as omelette or beans. However, I cannot complain given the price point and the other positives I have mentioned.

We can park our car right outside the room. There toilet and bathroom are separated from the sink, and all these may be further separated from the sleeping area via a sliding door. The breakfast options are good. The staffs were extremely helpful!

On one day during our stay, the breakfast area was too small to host all the guests staying there at the same time. Some people ended up having part of the their breakfast standing and some others simply brought their breakfast back to their own room. The bathroom is somewhat too small. To get inside the bathroom, we have to open the bathroom door wide enough, but if we also have the bathroom mat towel placed on the floor, this can be quite challenging. If a boot tray to place our winter boots can be provided, it will be even better!

Good location: close to both Ottawa and Chelsea, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It felt like a hotel rather than motel. Very nice experience. Room was clean and had everything needed: coffee maker, fridge, desk, even bath robe, slippers, and Klinex. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind to accommodate my request to stay on a quiet area. Staff was friendly. Plenty of free parking on premises of the motel.

Breakfast was mediocre. I’d suggest to add 1-2 hot items like hot omelette and maybe ham or sausages. Wish there was an elevator. Toilet room is so tiny, and toilet paper location was uncomfortable (at the back of the toilet instead of side of the toilet).

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience, especially for the price. The room we had was on the first floor, which was very convenient because we could park right outside and just walk in, no long hallways or elevators! The room had what appeared to be new wood-type floors, though the fixtures definitely felt a bit dated, but they were functional. It was a bit dark inside, but the desk area was nice, and there were two large drawers for clothes. No microwave, but there was a refrigerator, which was handy. The bed was comfortable with a bedspread and blanket & sheet, no comforter like many hotels these days. Loved the bed lamps! The bathroom had a large counter and shelves, but there was nowhere to hang damp towels, which was kind of inconvenient. Hot water worked great, though. We used the laundry room located near the office and it was only $2 per load for both the washer and dryer, but there’s just one of each. Parking was easy, though the place gets busy with lots of tour buses coming and going which sometimes blocked the exit for a short time. Breakfast was minimal, just toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc., and nothing hot. The small breakfast "buffet" space was quite small and got crowded but we usually found a place to sit and some people elected to sit outside in a patio area. It’s not a luxury stay, but for a budget option, it does the job!

There was nowhere to hang towels, breakfast area got crowded, room was a bit dark, not a great variety of breakfast items.

My sister and I spent the night at the motel. Oh, the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant. It was clean and it gives off old-hotel vibe. The staff was quite accommodating too. McDonalds and another burger joint was just walking-distance from the motel, so when you get hungry at night, it has easy to access food. What I really liked about this motel is that the parking was about 10-steps to your room door, so you don’t really need to hassle yourself with the carrying luggage in-and-out of the room. The breakfast was okay. Already recommended this motel to my friends travelling between the border of Quebec and Ottawa.

The room was basic but of good size. The shower worked well, with good stream of water and the tub drained well. The TV was large and worked well. The microwave functioned with no problems as well as the coffee maker. The included breakfast was good with decent choice especially for hot beverages. There was some fruit, bananas and apples.

The carpet in the room seemed quite dirty and was very worn. The mattress in the bed was starting to sink down in the middle when two people in the queen size bed which caused some discomfort.

I was in Gatineau for business. Motel Adam met my needs. It was perfectly located; a few steps away from a convenience store to get a transit card and the bus stop, so I did not have to drive to and fro and worry about parking. Plus, diverse options for dinner. Checking in and out were efficient, and the staff I met at reception, during breakfast, and on the grounds were friendly. My room was clean and nicely situated.

Before everything .. I loved the staff lina and mario and sorqya and daniel Their treatment is elegant and beautiful, their smiles and ease of dealing made me feel that I am the owner of this motel❤️ The cleanliness of the rooms, their smell and all the details... I have decided to go to this hotel every time I go to Ottawa, it will be my special place
