Rooms are big and bright, air conditioning works great, lovely showers, and comfortable bed. The staff is beyond exceptional, each and every person went out of their way to make my holiday experience memorable and comfortable. Dive shop on site is great, convenient and all dives were outstanding! The icing on the cake was that the hotel is for Adults Only.

The beach is very close but the property doesn’t have loungers available. If you want to go to the beach you would need to secure a lounger from another property. Some days all you would need to do is buy a drink, but on days that cruise ships dock it could get pricey. I was there for over two weeks and never went to the beach because the pool was so quiet and clean. After diving it’s lovely. This would not deter from staying at the hotel again. I look forward to returning soon.

Very pleasant and helpful staff-consistently cheerful and outgoing all 12 days that I stayed there. Large room,strong air con,strong wifi signal,comfortable bed. Large,well maintained pool with sun beds. Ceiling fans and screened windows enabled me to sleep with open windows occasionally. Very quiet. Set far from road so no traffic noises. It's about a 90 -second walk to the beach. In the opposite direction it's about a 60 -second walk to a small store and ATM machine. Five minute walk to well equipped gym in neighboring hotel . Breakfast at a small hotel like this one lacks the variety offered at large hotels-but it was acceptable.I had rolled oats each morning with soy milk,into which I put a banana and apple. I used the hotel's attached dive shop-which was an extremely efficient and professional operation.Great guides,top quality dive/snorkel gear.

Water pressure in shower was so weak that it took me 10 minutes to take a shower instead of 3 minutes......but it's a small point,and it's understandable -probably because the island has water delivery issues. Hotel consists of 3 connected 3 story buildings .My room was on the top floor,so 20-25 steep steps.First day I as huffing and puffing.By last few days the walk up was a breeze.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable room. Great AC. Pool was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included breakfasts were quite good. The dive shop was excellent; friendly, accommodating, helpful, with great dive masters.

Supposed pool towels were frankly ridiculous; basically, they seemed like pieces of bed sheets. The one dinner we had at the restaurant was mediocre.

Naboo was the perfect choice, an oasis of calm and taste. Tucked away just behind the beach with a huge room, brilliant service and lovely design. The inclusive breakfast set us up for the day and the other meals we had at the resort were good too. The dive shop team were brilliant, so easy to book in with the friendly and helpful team, and stroll down to the boat each morning. I honestly can't think of anything to improve Naboo and that's saying something. If it weren't so far to travel from the UK we'd be going back next year!

The free breakfast was wonderful., especially the fresh fruit and juice. The resort was in close proximately to the beach without having to deal with the crowds. The furnished balconies were great so that we could still enjoy the outdoors on rainy days. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Having the ability to make coffee or tea in our room was the only thing missing but it was available at the restaurant starting at 5:00AM.

clean, breakfast was absolutely nice and offered a good variety. Some breakfast staff are very welcoming and some were a bit shy and didn’t talk much or offer good morning but still pleasant. Serena and Zulayka were very Nice helpful throughout our whole stay!

Dive shop: 2nd time... because this is the best dive shop I ever dove with !!(I have around 150 dives). Super organised, super friendly, super equipment. Thank you Elise, Serena, Andrea and Luther and of course the rest of the team. The Naboo dive center is the reason why we came back! Hotel: very clean and fancy. Huge and modern rooms with a nice balcony. The view is not the best but the rest of the hotel is so awesome that you won't regret! Very nice pool area. And thanks to the cleaning team they are doing a great job! Very nice owners as well. The staff is lovely very friendly and caring. Very short walk to the lovely beach. Restaurant: The food is awesome! And the prices are moderate. The only thing is that they have only one vegetarian main dish and the choice of appetizers could be bigger for lunch. If there would be more vegetarian dishes we would have eaten there more often. Overall: 100% recommendation. Book it. It is great. We will be back for sure.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness in whole resort. Pool was very nice and staff were amazing. West Bay tourist attractions were mere 5 min walking time away only.

As I did solo traveling - from time to time it felt a little bit lonely. But as I heard it was a quiet season starting. Not a lot of people to connect with. But that might be your cup of tea anyways!

The pre-trip communication was efficient and friendly. The resort design /décor was beautiful and the resort was a real oasis that you could stay and lounge at if you didn't want to go the beach or elsewhere. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a lot of options, and the restaurant had a classy atmosphere while being a good value. The owners were available and attentive, and any small problem was taken care of immediately. The room and amenities were spotlessly clean, the room was bright with a front wall of glass, the King bed was firm and comfortable with lovely linens and a selection of soft and hard pillows, and thick, luxurious bathroom towels. It was quiet for sleeping, and the air conditioner was both highly efficient and perfectly quiet. It featured a bright, spacious, totally private and comfortable balcony. Nice quality TV in the room for the occasional rainy day and a perfect desk if you had something on a laptop to do. There were lots of conveniently located power plugs for charging phones and other electronics. The hotel was in a convenient location to the beach and small shopping and restaurants. The hotel was more lush and beautiful than the pictures show.

We loved this resort - the only three things that we noted (which were not a big deal but would have made it even more perfect) are: 1. the room didn't have a coffee maker so you couldn't have wake up or late night tea/coffee on the balcony, 2. the hot tub was not heated (same temp as the pool but with air bubbles/jets). 3. The hotel wouldn't change out our beach towels for new/dry ones (except for every 3 days) on the premise that it was better for the environment. Last on the list of priorities but for constructive comments, I would have liked a small microwave in the room and a small table with 2 chairs on the balcony to have takeout or do something on the laptop on the balcony.

Beautiful property staff were friendly.. breakfast was great and the staff was friendly big Thank you to Marvin who always had coffee ready for me..restaurant was great loved that I was able to order and enjoy my meal by the pool
