Dani was an amazing hotel owner and manager—she was easy to communicate with and was dedicated to attending to our needs. The hotel grounds were lovely—relaxing pool and lounge area, and plenty of common spaces. The room was a bit small, but space was used efficiently so it didn't feel too small once you were in it.

There were only a few things we didn't like, and mostly not the hotel's fault. There were some loud neighbors with loud children, and some nearby loud construction during the days. The toilet was a bit loud as well and could be heard running throughout the night.

The hotel is cute, clean and presents as described. The owner/operator is delightful, attentive and shows pride in ownership. The rooms are small but well equipped, clean pool, restaurant next door. Small supermarket right across the road.

Wish they offered breakfast or the restaurant next door opened before noon. It is about 20 minutes walk from the park/beach. Renting a bike is a good workaround for faster access and ability to see a few more things.

the pool is wonderful and we stayed in room 7 so it felt like the upstairs outdoor patio was our living room. also Dani (the owner) is so sweet and friendly. my kids loved her! there is a wonderful pizza restaurant right next door which is very convenient as well as good!

the rooms were a bit cramped for our family of four and two sets of bunk beds aren’t ideal. it would be nice if one of the rooms had two double beds but I’m not sure that they’re big enough.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. It is just far enough off the main road that you should arrive in daylight but very walkable to restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It is directly across the parking lot from the pizza place in the directions, much closer than 200 meters. Great value for the money.

Without a car a bit difficult, but I rented a bike which was perfect for me. I felt a good energy in this place. Dani was very kind and helpful with whatever request. The swimming pool and sitting areas are nice for chilling out!

A bit noisy

We arrived early and were able to use the pool until we could check in. The room was like luxury after months of hostels with AC, a large bathroom with hot water and good pressure, enough space to unpack our bags and daily cleaning. The bed was super comfy with 4 soft pillows! Location was good, 10min walk to the bus stop, 30mim to the national park and 5min to a big supermarket. Nice Italian restaurant next door too.

The wifi was quite weak in our room and cut out often during busy times. Was better in reception

Nice room if a bit small. Very clean and decent shower and aircon. Staff very helpful and location decent for main shops and bus terminal. Beaches not far either. Nice pool and common area too! Many thanks

Nothing to speak of

I booked this lovely hotel as it wasn't far from where the bus from San Jose stopped. In fact it best to follow the signs to Steve's Supermarket and the hotel is right opposite there. There is a lovely Italian restaurant - La Fogata - right next to the hotel and that's great for lunch and dinner. Closed Tuesday. The supermarket / deli stocks very nice coffee which is great to drink by the pool of the hotel in the early morning. Axielle, the manager, could not have been more obliging and friendly. She took me to my next hotel on a very busy day for the hotel. I am very grateful to her for making my stay so lovely.

I wanted to extend my stay but they were fully booked!!

Location was good . Dani was very helpful and sent a text to see when we were going to arrive . She also changed our booking for us .

The room was small, but fine for two people. The bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Supermarket right across the road and a restaurant next door (no breaky though)

Coffee and tea in the room would be nice.
