I loved this place - will come back here! I booked 20 nights in the TMS hotel and I loved everyone of them. It starts with a very warm welcome where you're greeted with a friendly smile, a refreshing cocktail and a Hawaiian like flower necklace. When they asked me if they could take my photo I was a bit hesitant, but when they gave me the printed photo in a lovely welcome frame I was sold. My room was as hoped. Large, huge bed, huge bathroom with super nice walk-in shower with a big rain shower-head. I had booked a room with city view and that's what I got. I stayed at the 23rd floor and the views were fantastic, I had a nice balcony with seating options and it was simply perfect. What I also loved is the AC which was very sensitive, but in a good way. You could really fine tune the room temp by changing it only 1'C degree up or down. My room was also very quiet and when the sliding door the balcony is closed you shut out 99% of the outside noises. I didn't spend much time on the rooftop even though it is a lovely terrace with a good restaurant (I ate here once). The rooftop infinity pool is very relaxed, but it only offers a few beach beds so if you want to spend some time there you have to be early. I couldn't care less as right in front of the hotel there's a long-stretched white sandy beach where you can enjoy the sun and sea in a perfect way. For only EUR 1,35 you can rent a bed for the day and get some refreshments too. The beach wasn't crowded when I stayed there and there's a lot of space if you want to have some more space. But again, this beach is plenty big and you will never feel crowded. What else? Well to my opinion the most important was the genuine feel of the hospitality in TMS hotel. Each and every team member was fantastic and incredibly service oriented and friendly. A big shout out and THANK YOU to Thanh Thào working in the small coffee corner in the lobby.

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was 10/10 with everything you could think of. If you like a buffet, then this is the breakfast for you. The hotel lobby area is very welcoming and nice to sit and relax whilst waiting for transportation. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is directly opposite the beach and in a short walking distance to restaurants.

We didn't realize when booking that the room would overlook a construction site that extended a whole block. The noise was almost continuous all day from early morning till late at night. However, this would not stop me from booking here again. The swimming pool and swimming pool area (lounges) were small in comparison to the building and the number of rooms. Having said that it was easy to just walk across the street to the beach.

Proximity to beach and attractions around DaNang, eg Hoi An, marble Mountain, Ba Na Hills ect... lots of good eating and drinking places within a 5 minute walk. Hotel and staff were excellent Morning Breakfast very good and staff in Breakfast room were marvellous We had a room on the 21st floor with partial sea views and views of the Lady Budda ( this is one attraction that is free and best visited at 7am when there are very few tourists ). The room was spacious with a narrow balcony, we were able to have our doors open all the time and avoided living in air-conditioning.

Really the only thing I didn't like was that it's a big hotel and can get very busy. We stayed 8 nights and our room lacked storage space for clothes, only hanging space, no shelves.

Great hotel, very clean and very good location! I highly recommend this hotel and I will gladly come back with my family and friends. All the staff were very kind and professional, excellent service! Our stay was fabulous thanks to everyone. The manager Jason was extraordinary! Very kind, impeccable professional and elegant in his work with attention to detail, very good advice and little attentions, thanks to him we had an exceptional stay! At the rooftop bar, Kim Tuyet made our experience magical thanks to her smile, her kindness, her gentleness, her advice and her professionalism! The Spa massage service is extraordinary thanks to Thanh, Trang, Phuc and Chau Mai! A big thank you to the Guest Service Agent and front office: Nguyen Khanh Linh, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tran, Huynh Ngoc and Le Thi Quynh. They helped us organize our stay, such as advice, the private pick-up service from Hue (really very good) and the hotel massage service.

Fantastic stay at TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach I had a wonderful experience at TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach. The hotel itself was fantastic, offering a great stay. What truly stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with my trip. They were very helpful in arranging various appointments and providing information on booking different activities. The hotel was impeccably clean and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary beach towels for guests heading to the beach, which was a very convenient and thoughtful amenity. I highly recommend TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach for anyone visiting Da Nang.

What I didn't like was the lack of a capsule coffee machine.

The rooms were spotless, bright, and beautifully spacious with a really comfy mattress and the best pillows!! The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, and every single staff member we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Location was perfect with a great 'beach shack' across the road and plenty of places within 100m walk to eat and drink. The beach was really clean and a great place to chill.

Whilst the rooftop pool was amazing with fabulous views, there was very limited sun beds to relax on. The open area behind the pool could easily accommodate more beds instead of the tables and chairs which were rarely used.

I could barely sleep a few hours per night because of the noise. We got the worst combination of room and floor: sea view on floor 5A. This was more of a street view than a sea view because it was next to the busy street and thus extremely noisy. You would hear horns at 6AM and music from the bar maia across the street until 1AM. Oh and floor 5A is the first floor on top of the breakfast area so the cherry on top was the sound of wooden chairs scratching the floor during breakfast. And the breakfast starts also at 6. So the tldr is: If you want to get some sleep avoid lower floor sea view rooms at all costs, if possible!

Everything was good, from the welcome to when we left, the staff made sure we hadn’t left anything behind in our rooms. We were welcomed in the sweetest way with a fresh flower necklace and tea, it was one of my highlights of staying at TMS. Ideal location opposite the beach. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The staff also made sure the cleanliness of our room was maintained, doing regular checkups and asking if it was to our standard. The rooftop views are incredible. It was lovely having dinner in the bar, the chef made sure we were happy at each stage of our 3 course meal and they were very attentive. We were also brought up a scale to our room so we could weigh our suitcases before departure.

We had a fantastic experience at TMS Hotel Danang. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and fresh options each morning. Our room had stunning views and a huge, comfortable bed that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff went above and beyond when we were unwell, showing genuine care and making sure we were looked after. They were also incredibly kind and accommodating with our kids, which made a big difference for our family. The location is perfect! Right across the road from the beach and close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient or comfortable base for our time in Da Nang. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located stay.

Quaint hotel near to the beach. Great pool and the bar at level 25 serves some very good food and drinks. There are also many dining and drinking options within walking distance. Many Mini-marts around the corner selling mineral water and basic necessities. Staff were very friendly and the welcome was really pleasant. Breakfast spread was alright, standard international fare but their Live stations were quite good. Love the infinity pool and their level 25 bar serves really good food and drinks, with a nice view of the bay area.

Can get a little noisy at night due to the fact that the hotel is next to a very busy road, and the beach was just across the road. Very lively night live with pubs and bars around the area - great for partying folks.
