This hotel has a free airport pickup shuttle service. Stay includes a complimentary cooked full breakfast, with many options, at their on-site restaurant. The steak & eggs with hash browns, real fresh squeezed orange juice, GF Toast option, and plant milk for my family member with dietary restrictions were all tasty, excellent service. The restaurant is also open until 10 pm for late arrivals. Worth the extra price for the better amenities then similar prices options in the area. 12PM checkout time is also helpful for people who want to do something in the morning prior to check-out. Quiet noise level, beds were very comfortable. Pool, hot tub, and fitness center are also available. Wonderful Asian Supermarket across the street for snacks and things. Ten minute walk to Target/University Mall.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the surrounding is wonderful.

At over $170 per night, I don't understand that I should have paid $20 or more for breakfast in the restaurant. The restaurant staff should also pay more attention to the billing, as one customer had put our room number on his receipt with a wrong name. It would have ended up on our credit card had I not asked at checkout if there were additional charges!

Excellent and helpful staff who were accommodating when our early morning departure became a much later day departure due to flight disruptions at BTV. Nicely laid out room that was quiet.

The bedding-comforter in particular--was too light weight for the air conditioned environment. Extra blankets really were needed and not provided (though we did not ask). The room is renovated except for the toilet/shower area, which was very cramped and dated.

Beautiful new hotel rooms were very clean I had a king bed room I was a little sad it didn't have a microwave only a tiny refrigerator. Bought the bed was comfy it was close to all the main attractions in Burlington. I would definitely stay there again. We came Christmas weekend and the restaurant was open didn't have the greatest experience at the restaurant they were very short staff. But overall it was great. Our room was very clean the bathroom was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The restaurant service was poor. They were very short staffed breakfast took a long time and for us to get her check even longer we spent over like an hour between eating and waiting for the check. We had dinner there it was not good and yeah the service was not great. But it was Christmas weekend and we really didn't have many options.

The bathroom door in our room would not latch unless you slammed yourself against it. The toilet holder was a little messed up and the closet door also did not seem to be working properly in our room. there was also a weird semi clear substance around the entirety of the edge of the bathroom vanity that was coming up

Location was perfect just minutes from downtown Burlington. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hot tub spa was the only thing we did not enjoy. The hot tub only fits one person comfortably. Very small for a suite. If you are traveling alone, which isn’t usually the case, it’s fine. For a couple you will be disappointed.

Liked that there was a restaurant onsite. Very convenient.

As to our room it was very difficult turning on the bathroom faucet. Handles very tight to turn and close to the wall. No handle on closet door.

Hotel was very clean, convenient location, super quiet despite being on a busy road, friendly staff including the staff in the restaurant. I highly recommend this location especially if you are visiting UVM campus as it's right down the street.
