I felt so at home here- everything was clean, comfortable and spacious and I felt relaxed as soon as I was through the door. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room and it's lovely bathroom considering the good price I paid for my solo stay. This may sound strange but the best thing was that a portable tower fan was provided in the room. Hotel rooms are generally quite warm and I don't sleep well away from home but this meant I got a great night's sleep at a comfortable temperature with the added bonus of white noise to block out unfamiliar sounds, and I really appreciated it :) Breakfast was brilliant- really friendly staff and a wonderful selection of well-cooked buffet food all set out in the beautiful dining hall. I liked that it wasn't made to order, and really enjoyed the pastries and coffee too!! Location is good for silverstone circuit (about a 6min drive) and there was plenty of parking. The setting was stunning and I'm just sad I didn't have more time to explore the grounds or leisure facilities, but will definitely be back!

Everything was good or above average- no complaints here!

Absolutely stunning location, grounds and hotel. Check in was easy and speedy. The included 3 course dinner in the Aston restaurant was superb, and the staff friendly and attentive. We didn’t use the spa facilities so cannot comment on those.

We were in one of the paddock rooms, which, whilst quite compact, had everything we needed for an overnight stay and was very quiet with a lovely view overlooking the golf course. En-suite was again compact but with an excellent shower. The room TV reception was quite poor, but again not too much of an issue for just one night. The decor and bedside tables were ‘well worn’ as were the window frames, but again not an issue for a ‘budget’ stay. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

Room was small and very hot with little ventilation as our view was other room windows felt very closed in. Could have done with a bit of air-conditioning definitely more ventilation. Food and the service was very good and the food of a good quality and well presented.

The heat in the room with little or no ventilation. Room felt like a prison cell all closed in with the next room block. Noisy corridors some guests had real issues closing doors normally as loud as possible to make sure everyone knew they were resident. Should have a quiet corridor policy just like premier inns.

Outstanding property with beautiful interior. The reception area boasts several chesterfield sofas. The pool area is delightful; a large pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room all included in the room price. Spa facilities an extra cost, the spa area is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent with continental and hot food options available. Every member of staff is courteous and friendly, willing to help with a can do attitude! The dinner was a reasonable price with wide selection, served with skill by well trained staff! There is little to fault at this establishment, after 3 nights I feel I’ve had a week long holiday. Will definitely be returning! Plenty of parking.

Not a complaint but didn’t like the fact that they use sugar lumps in bowls but there are no tongs, hence possibly having sugar handled by others previously!

I had a wonderful spa break. The food was delicious at the spa lunch, three course dinner at Astons. Spa treatments were incredible I had the facial, head massage. Then later that day I had a full body massage which was heaven! The leisure facilities were brilliant lots of choice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall a fantastic stay, staff were so lovely and gave a birthday dessert for my mum.

The spa was very busy so a lot of people were taking up loungers. Didn’t feel like there was enough for number of guests. There was a fault with the fire alarm, so it kept going off but thankfully it was quickly resolved.

The rooms were great, breakfast was good. I loved the pancake maker which provided best pancakes for breakfast during those day we only needed very light breakfast. The hot drinks vending machine only had coffee options which did not favour us as we aren't fun of coffee. However, hot chocolate was available on request. The spa and different resting places within the property was amazing.

Maybe a vending machine for breakfast needs to suit everyone- maybe have hot chocolate option too please instead of coffee options only.

The room was amazing. We loved the facilities and all the home comforts provided. Certainly didn't feel sterile like some places. It felt like a warm welcoming hug from a dear friend.

The only issue we had was that the bacon at breakfast was too pink for our liking.... But that is just our preference to liking well done breakfast. The pancake machine was a good touch.... It would still be quicker if cooked by hand to get larger pancakes and more than just two that were the size of a drinks coaster.

The breakfast was simply amazing and we ate in the bar both nights and the food was delicious. The Customer Service from the Reception Team all the way through to the cleaning staff were super friendly and would do anything for you. The spa was awesome and a brilliant way to unwind.

When we booked our stay we booked a double room, what we didn't realise is that would be outside of the hotel complex 3-4 minutes away. So we ended upgrading to a room to within the hotel. I think it would be better if upon booking, clients were told whether they would be staying in the main complex or not.

Very very good value.

Left the room (in my towel) to let my husband in through the main door which needed a key card to open, attempted to put the door to my room on the latch but took the room key just in case and ended up getting locked out of the room for nearly an hour until maintenance could come and reset it! The reception said it had happened before so don’t make the same mistake. Missed dinner by the time we were then ready. Hotel were helpful but didn’t see if we needed anything once we were back in the room. We were calm and patient but I’m sure other people would have been stamping their feet and demanding compensation!

The room was spacious and clean in the paddocks. The addition of a mini golf set in the room was brilliant. The toiletries were beautiful and smelt amazing. The snacks and water in the room were a lovely surprise. Breakfast was incredible. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. High quality and delicious. The only let down was not having access to make tea and having to wait for staff availability when really busy. Pricewise we felt we got an absolute bargain. Room for 2 with breakfast included for £70. Can't go wrong.

The bed base needed refreshing. Ours was obviously old and damaged with the outer cover peeling off. It made the bed feel unclean. I also didn't like the automatic light for the bathroom. Not being able to get a cup of tea with our breakfast. The staff were very busy so we opted for coffee instead which we could access ourselves.
