Cute, old charm, village cottage. Clean comfortable and amazing delicious full English breakfast.

Nothing about the property but unfortunately they were overbooked since booking.com bookings did not reflect for them and yet owner Mr.Michael ensured he accommodated us in one of his special rooms so as to not leave us stranded as there were no other rooms available in the village. I only hope booking.com always confirms of rooms availability with the owners first and then post online and once client makes a booking, it will be effective if the bookings reflects to the property owners immediately so as to avoid mistakes. This was a non refundable booking and am glad the owner understood and helped us. Such mistakes must be avoided by booking.com so that senior citizens owners of such properties do not have to deal with such stress. They deserve smooth handlings of process.

The hotel was quirky and we had fun. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the live music in the bar gave a great little vibe. Easy walk into Bicester, easy to drive to, parking on site. It all felt clean.

The hotel was dated but we enjoyed that! The fan in our toilet didn't work and no window so couldn't escape the smells! Breakfast seemed under catered for. There must have been 25 people having breakfast, one jug of juice so it was constantly empty, one coffee jug that was also empty. No tea or hot water. They would have benefitted from it being self service because other than empty coffee and juice jugs and cereals and one platter of fruit everything else had to be ordered, which was slow. In fairness it seems that more staff suddenly appeared and tried to speed things up and when its such good value and the staff were lovely, does it matter?

It is actually all out of my expectation! All people are nice, patient and kind even including the other guests. As compared with my bad experience in a 4 star hotel in London just the day before, this one is much better! I am an Asia face. I can sense the warm welcome from the hotel. I can also observe that they treat all the guests in same way. Of course you can not compare the hotel room, but for a short stay with many warm smiles, I would rather choose this hotel. By the way, they have a nice garden!

When we arrived we received such a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff which continued throughout our stay . The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt so homely. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The food was excellent and great value for money with a wonderful wine list to choose from. The Hotel exudes a lovely warmth and cosiness about it and the live Band playing on Saturday night was the icing on the cake. Thankyou to everyone at the Littlebury Hotel for making our stay so special. We will definitely be returning.

The Littlebury Hotel is very obviously family run and a place that puts guests before modern frippery. Traditional in style and decor the staff were brilliant and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. We had an excellent meal in the bar and breakfast was of the same high quality. And our dog enjoyed her stay too!

I thought it was very good , waitress forgot to bring me my toast or explain about that you help yourself to coffee & tea I bought out to you , she was very limited in conversation, like saying good morning , saying that it didn’t spoil breakfast. The traditional breakfast was very .

The hotel was perfect the location was spot on everything was literally on your doorstep train station town centre and the outlet village. The staff were all very helpful and very welcoming the property was spotless and charming.myself daughter and granddaughter stayed in a garden view family room with everything you needed the mini fridge with ice box was very handy . The breakfast was also great nicely served and piping hot so set us up for the day . We all agreed when we return to Bicester we will definitely return to the charming Littlebury hotel.

One of our favourite places, the Littlebury is a real hotel. Our room was spacious with a twin and a single bed as standard, bathroom with bath, and plenty of space for a sofa and a couple of chairs. The bar is one of the nicest relaxing lounges in Bicester, with hot food for a proper evening meal available as well. Breakfast was basically whatever you would like from the usual items - scrambled eggs with bacon and mushrooms not a problem, plenty of coffee and juices on tap plus cereals, yoghurts, toast, etc. The bathromm was obviously recently retiled and the bath and bottles of shampoo/conditioner/gel were excellent, as were the plentiful towels.

The rooms are upmarket but just a little jaded. The TV wall socket was loose and the seam of a bit of wallpaper had come unstuck from the wall. And the 1970's glazing units were tired with seals that need fixing or replacing.

Good breakfast. Convenient to shops. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening meal excellent.

The room was a little too dark.

Staff was lovely and the hotel is conveniently located near the centre so I was able to be at the cinema in a 10 minutes walk ( I was travelling for work). Yes, the decor might be a bit dated but it is part of the hotel's charm. Compared to the big chains, the check in and check out process was super quick and friendly. My room was very clean. The shower was a bit old but the water was hot and the pressure more than fine. so no complaint there. The price was competitive when compared to the local chains.
