Overall good. Not exceptional. But typically you have higher expectations when you visit Ritz.

Excessive care can develop into a certain form of clinginess and loss of privacy or personal space. Unfortunately, I have had this feeling several times. Also I experienced some confusions at reception (during billing and ordering services). The organization at the Market restaurant during breakfasts is incomprehensible and confusing. E.g. you ask for coffee, nothing comes, you ask second time, nothing and when you are leaving you receive three coffees, etc. My room had thin walls. At night I was hearing neighbour's TV clearly or his late night conference calls. I had to take earplugs and in the morning I overslept for meeting.

The hotel staff is just really amazing and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Amal at the market restaurant who made sure we had the best dinner and made us feel very comfortable. Ms. Sujata, the guest relation was really sweet, she managed to arrange the cake, got the room decorated and was very helpful throughout the stay. Mr. Ibrar from the ganache cafe was extremely sweet, he assisted us very well. Housekeeping staff decorated (sahil, Deepak, priyabala) the entire room, got us a greeting card, The front office staff Shahzeb helped us with the late check out as well. I can't name all but each and everyone was eager to help. The breakfast and dinner spread were amazing. The Jacuzzi was on another level. Had an amazing stay. The Ritz-Carlton is going to be my next stay again for sure! Much love ❤️

The room, facilities and services provided were very good. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! All the staff were very sweet and hospitable. The location of the property is also very good and central. Easy to get around.

There was a mix up in the type of room booked as the Ritz system was not updated with the info from booking.com and this room issue was not resolved till check out which was unfortunate. However, the Manager Tarannum stepped in on the last day and made up for it later. That was a problem that was resolved later. Would not stop us from staying here again.

Simply summed up in one word - EVERYTHING Yes because everything is perfectly personalised to the guest's preferences. Large well appointed rooms with luxurious amenities. Extensive choice of restaurants with dedicated ladies and gentlemen serving scrumptious dishes. Super Spa facilities and treatments Top-notch Concierge services - nothing is impossible for Mr Punjab and his team to achieve.

Fully met expectations for the price paid. Staff were very well trained and super attentive and nice. Loved the pool and breakfast. Room was so spacious and comfortable. Cleaning staff and room service staff performed beyond expectation. When my kid wanted a tent in room they helped set it up so efficiently.

This wasn't our first stay at the Ritz-Carlton Bangalore and it's always a pleasure for my family and myslef as the hospitality by all the staff is impeccable and we are always welcomed and made to feel at home.

The dining experience at the various restaurants is always delectable however, the in room dining menu for after 11pm is a bit limited.

Outstanding service from all the staff. F&B across the hotel is at the highest standard - with a special mention for the best sushi in bangalore from Chefs Noel, Yang and Gavin and excellent meals from Chef Michael in the market. The concierge team under Punjab and Naresh also deserve a special mention and always go the extra mile to make the guests feel safe and welcome

Traffic & UBER always misses the entrance of the Ritz. Should change the map in google.

An incredible stay. Rooms were well appointed. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Staff went above and beyond- even giving us roses for Mother's Day. Food was some of the best I've ever had (dinner & breakfast). There was an organised activity for the kids. A perfect staycation.

The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the pool. Wearing goggles underwater revealed that the water was not very clean :-( But this didn't stop the kids from swimming.

Fantastic location, Green and with interesting shopping options for travelers. Service was top notch and the F&B outstanding The people and teams at Check in, Housekeeping and Chef Victor of Patisserie made our experience unique and memorable
