Great spot on the outskirts of the city where things are quiet. Metro is a minute walk away, and the staff are very kind. Wish I had stopped by the restaurant before my last day there, as the food was excellent!

My first set of bedsheets were dirty but the man at the desk quickly helped me and got me a new set. Other then that, the water smells and tastes kinda off, almost a metallic/chemical taste & smell. I simply didn’t drink the water though so not a big deal

The hotel is far from the airport. I got into Madrid very late and had to pay €35 for a taxi to get there. Luckily the hotel is open all night and the staff are very friendly/helpful. The room's furniture is dated and the bed is narrow, but the room was very clean, with good hot water pressure. I was able to take the metro (1 minute away) into Madrid to catch a train. Good breakfast too.

Very clean, nice and tidy. Very close to San Fernando city center, peaceful town. Perfect for a solo traveler and a short stay, one or two days. I had the room at the third level and it was just perfect for one person.

Great location near restaurants and the airport (13-15min/about 20euro in Uber). Super friendly staff and a cafeteria/restaurant right there on the first floor. Elevator. Nice size room and bathroom.

There was an emergency light inside, with tape on it and it was too bright and flashing all night. Had to cover eyes to be able to sleep. Pillows not that comfy.

The men who run this hostel are the nicest people!! 2 of them speak very good English, and the ones that don't are very friendly and sweet! It's attached to a casual bar-restaurant where the local men go to hang out at all the time, but they are the friendly sorts, and I never had a problem with noise/feeling uncomfortable. I was a single girl traveler detained suddenly due to COVID and in urgent need of a private room for a week, and this hotel was the PERFECT place for me. It had a private room available that night for a very good price. It had a nice private bathroom attached, a TV and work desk. There is no microwave/fridge available, but the bar is open until midnight and serves food, and there are vending machines (only takes coins). Laundromat is 5 min. Walk. 1 min. To metro station, 3 min. to bus stop for direct bus to the airport.

Real nice people on reception. Very helpful.

The shower did not had a proper holder for it to be used. I needed to use head of water by hand, leaving it on the floor every time I wanted to soup me. Then pick it up for rinse. Best to include a support for it,

Fabulous location for going to concerts or football at the Riyadh Stadium.

A little bit dated and no sound proofing but to be honest it was to be expected for this type of accommodation.

Great staff - friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. This hotel is good value for money. This is my second stay and we will return again.

Very Close to San fernando Underground station , very friendly staff , perfect place to stay if you are travelling solo to madrid

Room was abit tiny but not a problem for me maybe because i asked for room for only 1 guest

Second and third floor are completely renovated with the look and feel of a 4 star hotel. Comfortable beds, brand new everything! Reception Staff were amazing. We used Uber to get back and forth to the airport (11-18 euros). Would definitely return.
