The desk manager was welcoming, the hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was as expected for Baymont.

The first room I was assigned had not been completely cleaned by housekeeping. The sink area was a mess, there was debris/dirt on the bathroom floor, there was a bare bar of soap on the shower, the shower had not been cleaned, and the mounted bottle of shampoo was on the shower floor. I spoke with the manager who accompanied me to the room, documented the mess, was very apologetic, and moved me to another room that was clean.

Look I never showed up, my confirmation never came through. I checked my account with the booking site, the last booking was for Durango for 2 days. The week before. I looked for a text confirmation as well and nothing. I immediately started to locate a room and had been driving all day in mountain traffic. I went to the Baymont checked in and slept after dinner.m The next morning I get a confirmation from my Bank for the charges. Which didn't sit well.

Clean property, friendly service for the most, Breakfast staff was great!

There was an older woman (staff) working the day we left. As I waited in the lobby, she was very rude to a customer who had forgotten his insulated cup in his room but checked out. She wouldn't let him back in our help him in any way. She could've asked the cleaning crew to open the door to the room, instead she told the man that she was too busy and the key wouldn't work once he checked out. She then went out to wash the front doors trying to ignore him.

This hotel was spotless, with friendly and helpful staff, and a decent breakfast. 3Margaritas restaurant and Captain D's are right in the parking lot. Our room was beautiful, and obviously recently refurbished. While the bed was a little hard for me, I slept fine. Though the hotel is right off I-25, our room was very quiet. This was an amazing deal for the price paid. We stayed here as a huge storm arrived the following morning. Everyone was so helpful getting us safely on our way. Great place to stay!

The only negative was the slightly uncomfortable mattress, but it wasn't serious enough to worry or complain about.

Our room was very clean and spacious. After checking in I went to the swimming pool and the hot tub which really helped to cool me down and feel better. Breakfast the next morning included a sausage, egg, cheese croissants, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, orange juice, and coffee so we enjoyed the breakfast.

After each completed step Baymont sent a text message: to pre-register; thanking us for registering; and at 8:00 am the next morning for checking out.

Breakfast is always awful every time we stay. No vending machines:(.. Air conditioning didn’t work in our room and was told, “Sorry, maintenance doesn’t come in on the weekends, would you like to change rooms?” Well that’s the last darn thing anyone wants to have to do! Luckily, we were in a suite so we just jacked up the A/C in the sitting room.

When we first got to the hotel, we ran into a little situation, and she was able to help me and my son book our stay. Jonally, you are awesome from the front desk desk to the girls who clean the room. You all are amazing. Thank you again. I would recommend Baymont at Pueblo to anyone. Also, people may be bothered with the train, but I actually think it kinda cool. Especially if you have kids, they would enjoy seeing the train run. I think it's a neat little attraction to the hotel, actually.

It was a regular hotel stay nothing to fancy decent.

There was no soap in the room. You had two bottles of shampoo and none of the conditioner. Normally, I would not care, but my mom was with me. But your staff .member on duty was very attentive, polite, and ready to serve. I really appreciate this.

The fitness room. There are no weights at all and just treadmill and a treatmill.

Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub after long day of hiking. Coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Good reading lamp on nightstand. Room face 1-25 but with the fan running the traffic did not disturb my rest. Breakfast was egg, sausage, cheese croissant, waffle, fresh fruit, yogurt, hot tea with milk… and there were still more options to choose! Captain D’s Seafood and Margarita’s Mexican restaurants are short walks across parking lot. I’ll be back after more hiking adventures in the area.

The staff was very nice and the rooms spacious and clean. A restaurant and a fish fast food are just downstairs. There was a pool, which seemed well kept - i did not try it however.

A bit of noise due to the trains and cars all around the hotel, but nothing major and a small inconvenience for such a convenient location
