I required parking which is difficult in the Netherlands while being close to the facility; this has great parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the things expected. The breakfast was incredible. They had many selections to choose from and their coffee machines were very good. Seating was ample and of course the staff friendly and helpful. The location is a 1.7km walk to the town center which I did going into town; a quick two bus stop ride coming back at 1.65 euro per person. Very easy to get in and out of the city. Overall a wonderful stay.

It was on the high side regarding pricing but based on other properties with parking and breakfast probably normal.

The room was very clean, and beds and pillows were comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent every day with choices of items from meats and cheeses to yogurt with add-ins to eggs served in several ways ( i.e. scrambled, hard boiled, fried, omlette, made to order) and the choices of bread products was Amazing! The deck was a wonderful surprise! The 24 hour tea and coffee and lounge area was great to grab and go or to sit and talk. There was enough room for several groups to sit and enjoy the space.

We had to keep setting the room temperature lower, as the room would be warmer from the sun exposure from the day.

I really liked the distance from the airport to the Hotel, it took only a bus. I love the self service machine they offer snacks, drinks and appliances for the phone etc., also the efficiency of the room card, that only hotel guests can use and it is modern. I found my room really clean and smelled amazing, with a big balcony, TV, a changing room where you can put the luggages and hang your clothes, two separate bathroom (one with only CR and the other one with a shower and a bathtub). They even have a spa. Overall it was an exceptional experience. ✨

I just had a small problem figuring out how to switch the lights in the room because it was really dim without it.

Room was just as expected, as we have stayed there quite a number of times each year for the past 5 or 6 years. Rooms are always clean and the staff are very, very helpful.

We aren't a fan of the new idea, of taking away the tea/coffee making facilities in every room to be replaced with having to constantly go all the way from your room to the lounge on the 3rd floor. There is a constant shortage of cups, usually at least one drinks machine has clogged, blocked or just stopped working. The other problem is that guests are dripping drinks from the cups onto the carpets, hard flooring and even inside the lifts making the floors sticky.

What a fantastic hotel - specially the very professional staff. We arrived at about 2am and were greeted by a very friendly man - well done. Room was great, bathroom was excellent and the breakfast was extra special - well done. Close to the 300 bus route which means one can arrive at Schiphol and then travel really easily right to the hotel using a local bus. Solves lots of little problems and taxi costs. The same bus takes one to the old town square - brilliant.

The prices of the bottled water in the machines in the foyer were out of kilter.

A beautiful property! Mellissa had a really warm welcome, they had our room ready ahead of time, allowed us to checkout in our own time. Really smooth checkin and checkout. The breakfast is Amazing! The all you can drink chill( Tea/ coffee/water) and fruits is such a warm touch! A beautifully spaced out and tranquil hotel! I’d highly recommend, given the connectivity and quiet surrounding.

Bed was a twin bed joined, would be great if it was a queen or king instead. Although it was a comfortable bed and we slept really well.

Beautiful hotel. We had an atrium room which was well equipped, yet with very little natural light. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good and exceeds expectations. Free parking!

The towels very small and worn. They should have been tossed a while ago! The maitre d’ was not very friendly and should be looking for a job outside the hospitality business!

The tree4next mission is great, the world needs it. Breakfast was great and the staff was amiable. There is enough free parking space and the hotel is very well located.

The green/ orange code for cleaning the room is a bit complicated. We chose one day for only clean towels which we got hanging on the door but we did not know what to do with the used ones. Also answering an email every day is inconvenient. I also want an opportunity to separate waste. I hope the hotel staff is separating waste. I think it is more hygienic to use fluid soap instead of hand soap.

Have stayed here before a few times before it was updated and it was a bit drab, but now it's fabulous. It gives you the feeling as if you are in a super luxurious hotel. Very spacious and clean. We did have not have breakfast but judging by the number of people having dinner there in the evening, it must be great as it was almost full. The bar area is really nice and light. Lots of places to sit and have a drink also throughout the lobby. It all feels very spacious. The gym is not large but big enough and has a reasonable amount of equipment. More than enough for a good workout whilst on the road. The room was immaculate and the walk in shower is a great new touch. So is the balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Staff we extremely humble and nice to deal with on all levels. Free parking. To be honest, the pictures on booking.com don't do it justice.

We liked the lounging areas throughout the hotel and also enjoyed the bar for grabbing coffee or a drink. I had read that the pillows were hard, but they were very comfortable, so maybe this was addressed by the hotel before our visit.

The toilet paper was hard... would definitely suggest they find a new supplier or brand. One of us fell on the escalator trying to get her luggage to the first floor. The elevator didn't seem to be accessible without the key card and that had been turned into the front desk at checkout. She had a significant injury to her hand which could not be treated because of our train tickets.
