Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway! Efficient and contactless check-in, the room was ready before we even got to Calistoga! Great location, I enjoyed the historical significance of the cottage, and its a few steps from downtown Calistoga, but around the corner so you're not disturbed by traffic noise. The room was very nicely done, cozy, spotlessly clean -- in fact, I found it was much nicer in reality than the photos (which is rare these days!) Lots of attention to detail (from the cute welcome note, the toiletries the room, features like heated toilet seats, an oil diffuser, and a phone sanitizer, and even chocolate, gummi bears, bottles of wine, and shots for morning recovery in the room). It's on site with Sam's General Store, so it was convenient to pop out for some coffee or just hang out in the garden. Having the bikes were also a bonus, we were able to take quick ride down the Napa Valley Wine Trail which starts just nearby!

The room was incredibly clean and everything was so thoughtfully put together! They have bikes you can use which we would have if we stayed longer, tons of cute restaurants, wineries, and shops to walk to. Gorgeous scenic drive to the inn as well because it's at the very end of Napa Valley but honestly it wasn't too bad - we were able to do so many things and it only took about 20 minutes to get back to the hotel each time

It would've been great if the pillows were a little more fluffy/had more cushion but overall the bed was comfortable

That we had to pay to have a latte coffee for breakfast. Breakfast was limited -only one item. But only minor issue.

Well situated, just off the beaten path but walkable to everything in a couple blocks, peaceful, solid structure, lovely sitting area. Attractive not just for guests but also locals and other visitors who enjoy the firepit/garden seating /fountain areas. They really made great use of the design of the space. Nice bathroom amenities and a heated toilet seat was actually something I could get used to :) Very comfortable bed, freshest linens and comfortable pillows. Well organized room and appreciated mini frig.

We actually stayed at the Brannan Lofts which is a sister property to The Brannan Cottage Inn. The room we has was actually a small apartment, very clean, very large and of high quality.

Communication. We thought we were staying at the Brannan Cottage Inn -- the location pictured on top of this survey and listed on our confirmation. The innkeeper has a sister property, The Brannan Lofts, located about 4 blocks away -- on main street in Calistoga. The room we had was really an efficiency apartment -- very nicely furnished -- but on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It was fine for us -- in fact very nice -- but a 2nd Floor apartment downtown is a much different accommodation than a room at the Brannan Cottage Inn located in a nice residential neighborhood.

We recently stayed for one evening and had a wonderful experience. The house itself is very cute, nicely renovated, and tastefully decorated. My room (King 3) had high ceilings and an individual AC unit, which added to the comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. One highlight was the shower, which had a strong water flow, and the amenities were thoughtfully placed. They provided hair dryers, a flat iron, Additionally, they offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and extra beauty items like makeup removers. The only improvement I could suggest would be adding an extra mirror in front of the desk for makeup application. Other than that, my stay was lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I look forward to visiting again.

Perfect room with a little private balcony and a dutch door plus a fireplace with cozy chairs nearby, lots of espresso pods for our morning coffee and we loved the little cafe'. Lots of excellent choices for breakfast. We took the free bikes out for a ride around the neighborhood and to downtown and had a blast! They hooked us up for day passes to a local spa that was beyond beautiful with so many amenities, we spent the day relaxing there and hopping from sauna to steam room to all the different soaking pools! Loved the grounds and our stay, everyone was friendly and helpful. Great weekend!

We enjoyed the ambience of the breakfast courtyard, both days we stayed there. The options in the cafe are perfectly adequate and our meals were very tasty. And mot importantly the coffee in the rooms and at the cafe is excellent.

We decided to stay another day and the staff was very accommodating by getting us a room in Brannon across the street. It was very new and comfortable, but a challenge finding the place, it is very poorly marked, and for anyone over 35 years of age , those stairs are a challenge to get suitcases up the stairs.

Very cute room in a lovely historic building. The room was cozy, with a fireplace and a porch overlooking a lawn and social area. Easy walk to downtown Calistoga for shops and restaurants. The available wine and snacks in the room were a nice surprise. The breakfast option was good, and we enjoyed the baked goods. Guest support was lovely and super responsive. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay while enjoying the Calistoga area.

All the amenities! Heated bathroom floor and toilet seat (though no bidet.) lots of goodies either free or marked down, including wine ($), fridge, robes, bottled water, and some candy! Netflix and several streaming channels and a nice tv if you care. Tons of information about the area was provided as well. It would be perfect to house wedding guests. The location is about two blocks from the downtown, so super easy to go out without dealing with a car. There is a Grocery one block away, and a small place to get wine, cheese and meats. The location is one of the best in Calistoga. Very quiet, yet everything is so close! Onsite they have a little coffee shop, a bit like a Starbucks, so you can get sweet or savory breakfast (and if you book in their site, breakfast is included including hot bfast sandwiches. But it wasn’t pricey, so I didn’t care.) The property is very lovely, with many little seating areas including some with fire pits.

The bed needs to be flipped or replaced. I kept sliding into a divot. But I did sleep well otherwise. It would put this place over the top if only they had a hot tub. But there are spas every three feet in this town, if you can afford them.
