Hotel is very nice and clean in a great location. Wonderful breakfast options, nice to have the morning coffee available. Room was quiet and very clean. Everything you'd need in the bathroom. We spent some time downstairs near the fireplace.

I don't like that there is a $20 daily charge for parking. There is no reason to gouge for parking. We are paying enough to stay at the property, they should at least supply parking. I've never paid parking for a hotel before.

The location is close by the freeway and shops, restaurants and a mall. I also like that the room key can open the doors, the parking lot and shut off the power to the room. I also like that you can not hear the traffic noise from the freeway.

I wish that the parking for the guest that’s booked a room is free. I didn’t like the noise of the people who were staying above our room when they were dropping their stuff on the floor. We couldn’t sleep and I really don’t know how they walk but we could hear them in our room.

previous guest obviously had a dog in the room. the little couch was covered in dog hair, when my wife sat down there was dog hair stuck to her pants. we also found dog kibble on the floor I am an asthmatic and deathly allergic to dogs and cats if the hotel allows guests with pets, they should be in designated rooms. Also this means the house keeping is doing a minimal job in preparing the rooms

Staff was friendly, lobby and fire pit common areas were large enough to allow a group of 10 have dinner comfortably. Rooms were good as well, and the pool was heated for a 7:30am swim! The only downside was breakfast only offering buffet instead of a la carte when we went.

Food options at the hotel. Would have been nice to have a bit more. Towels at the pool ran out quickly.

walkable to railroad square for dining and shopping, great amenities and adjacent to riverwalk trail and easy on/off freeway.

I think we had the worst room in the place with views out both windows if rooftop HVAC equipment and the freeway. Advise asking for a decent view if that bothers you.

Nice clean room, pool & great location. Very nice breakfast buffet.

I prepaid for breakfast for 4, but noticed I got charged again on my credit card. The error was corrected the following week after a phone call by a very nice lady in the accounting department. But I was disappointed that it even happened. When I checked out I was told I would receive an e-mail receipt, never received. I was glad I noticed the extra charge on my credit card.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. It was also exceptionally clean! I used and enjoyed the pool and fitness center. No complaints and a nice place to stay. The hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast at this time. However, within a five minute walk there are multiple restaurants available and a coffee place.

No dresser drawers in room to store clothing, didn’t care for shampoo/conditioner provided, restaurant only served breakfast, no happy hour available on weekend

Conveniently located, nice and comfortable rooms. The hotel was quiet and clean. Loved the free coffee set up in the morning and the water filling stations.

Parking should be included in the nightly resort fee and not an extra charge.

The best part is the beautiful scent when you get I to the lobby ! It was created by one of the Hyatt people and is specific to the Sonoma hotel

The breakfast is served in an adjacent restaurant which was not as good as the price I paid for it
