I loved the location! I also felt it was good value for money. It’s Clean comfortable and convenient while at the same time not being overpriced. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There’s restaurants and other things in the area if you get hungry.

I knew in advance there was no pool or breakfast supplied, but that’s OK. The price makes up for that. Plus to be honest most hotel breakfast that are included aren’t worth it anyway. There’s plenty of choices around this hotel to go eat at.

It was late and we were just looking for a clean place to stay and the reviews looked ok, so we made the reservation. When we arrived, it was so much more than we thought. Everything was spotless and renovated! Staff was friendly and helpful. The bonus was a microwave and fridge in the room. Bathroom had a nice standup shower. The room even had new windows you could open if desired.

The only things to watch for - the room was a little small (but not bad) The shower had the drain in the middle and sloped so water would drain, but that made it a little slippery. Also a couple very minor repairs that still needed to be accomplished (probably an hour or less.)

I usually wouldn't give any place all stars, but because we booked it very late in the evening, arrived after midnight, and the owner was so friendly, it felt deserved. I cant sleep without a fan by my bed, regardless of AC, and he gave us the one out of his office just to accommodate me. I feel this was excellent customer service. The price was excellent, nice room and beds were comfortable. I would stay again for sure.

It was close to our family we were visiting. The bed and pillows were great. I liked that it had a small table and 2 chairs. This was our 2nd stay.

I would like to have had a coffee maker in the room. I like having coffee before I get dressed and the only coffee available was at the office.

Close to dining. Had soap and clean. Refrigerator and microwave working. Staff polite and helpful.

This is an older facility so art/room is dated. No coffee brewer. That’s okay as great coffee could be found down the road.

Being in a little up north city, we were pleasantly surprised with the property and room. Despite the main sleeping area being a bit dated, the bathroom had been updated and the bed was very comfortable.

You could hear the toilets flush and the shower next door.

I like it. It’s very clean cozy place. Staff is absolutely nice.

I just didn’t like my room. The air conditioner does not seem to work right in the refrigerator blew out hot air so I had to shut it off.

The room was very clean, but it was a small space. If you have luggage, you need to put over your bed, but good air conditioning. It's worth it. .

No coffee pot in room, deco was dared but in good shape.

Very friendly staff, I'm a frequent customer, in a great birding area. Always can rely on a clean comfortable stay at a great price.

Sometimes the truck noise can be a little annoying, they seem to gear down to slow down right in front of hotel...
