Staff were exceptional. We wanted to visit some orphanages to give charity as part of the trip, staff member Zam Zam arranged all our transport, assisted us by contacting the orphanages and arranging the meet ups. The hotel is situated in the middle of a bustling centre, easy access to places. The restaurant in the hotel served lovely traditional food, room service was excellent. Bernadette always welcomes you with a bright smile. Very clean hotel, very helpful. Could not fault it. The price was amazing!!

The bathroom needs a shower door. There where some minor technology hiccups like: - Phone not working or ringing randomly. - Room access key got disabled multiple times. - Power getting cut off randomly for short durations.

Great amenity…The location is a meeeh however once u get in the property itself…You will be blown away with the ambience…Room are spacious and sparkling clean…Truly loved everything about it…Oh and the food ….hats off however they lacked alot of dishes from the menu….Their latte that i had everyday was superb….staff were exceptional

First, there were No refrigrators…I would suggest a mini one…Tv u can only watch local stations…Should consider Netflix, Youtoube options and interntational tv stations….Oh something else i did not see any iron box in my room…That was a miss tho

It's a new, clean, safe and comfortable hotel. My room was on the second floor and was very quiet. If you come in late, you have to go to the lobby (1st floor) to ask to open the door to the 2nd floor. I would recommend to anyone staying in Eastleigh or doesn't mind having a busy neighborhood as their base. The hotel is super close to BBS mall as well. Many thanks to Zamzam and her team.

Baraka Tower is a great place to stay in if you're passing by Nairobi. Although it is located in Eastleigh, the popular chaotic east african market area of town, Baraka Tower remains a great great place. The staff is absolutely lovely, the bedrooms are super comfy, clean and the check-ins are pretty flexible. Totally recommend !

Very great welcome from the hotel staff, room looks exactly like in the picture. Fair price for a very great room, comfortable and clean, would definetly recommend.

The hotel is located in a very busy commercial neighborhood of Nairobi that do not benefit from the same infrastructures than in more central locations. A bit chaotic, but very interesting.

The hotel is on a very busy street however when inside the hotel you never realise how busy it is as no noise is heard completely.

Clean and in the middle of the real local shopping district. Very local authentic shopping district location.

Location is a bit far from the CBD, but expected. Also can be very noisy if you're in a room facing the street. They asked if I wanted a quieter room or one street facing which was great.

I paid a very good price considering the quality of the provided services. The restaurant offers delicious food, various dishes and massive portions.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a not very pleasant area.

Rooms were clean, service was top notch. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. It also has a restaurant that is really good.
