The apartment was very clean and modern. It looked just like the photos. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location is great. It right next to the mail and only a short drive to Nairobi National Park. The area is also safe and they have excellent security. The apartment is gated and security escort your delivery to your apartment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Kenya has a lot of power surges, mostly in the morning but the hotel has a generator that comes on during the surge.

Fantastic location, close to amenities, city and park. Security flawless and all staff really friendly and helpful. Fantastic, large pool. A little cold but not too much so and meant for an invigorating swim.

Nothing really. Renovation was going on throughout stay which was a bit noisy and slightly disruptive. This is obviously a temporary issue.

This was my second time in Yaya, i and felt safe and welcome. The hospitality of the staffs is first class. i felt safe as visitors ID were checked and recorded, even when an unexpected guest tries to come in, the hotels calls first to verify, which is great. All the staffs knew me and my team by name against our room number which feels like they knew us personally.

We couldn't not use the Pool has it was under maintenance. we were infirmed by email 3 weeks to our arrival and we were hoping for compensations for this but we didn't get.

One of those gems - comfortable bed, plenty of space, nice couch and table space. Barely anything to complain about, even if we were looking to complain. Location was great - near lots of great things, and having the mall connected to the building. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

very little. Out of the property's control, but the street noise could be pretty bad at times - there seemed to be buses that would honk regularly to get passengers attention in the middle of the night. It mostly didn't bother me but would wake my girlfriend through the night.

We reserved a 1 bedroom appartement with a baby cot, but we got an upgrade of 3 bedrooms. It was very spacious for our toddler to craw. It was very child friendly and the staff from security to ground men were amazing. The availability of a wash machine was top; I could do laundry for the baby anytime . Proximity to Yaya center plus the stillness despite the chaotic traffic a few metres away is a plus. We booked for two nights but extended our stay to six nights. I found what I was looking for 🥰

Nothing not to like , but having an AC in the living room instead of the bedrooms I think it would be nice. We never turned on the ACs in the room but we should have liked a cooler living room.

The location was brilliant - right next to the mall and central to most of the things we wanted to see. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped and the staff were all lovely. Is definitely stay here again.

It was a shame the swimming pool wasn’t open as that would have been great for our children. It did state on the website it would be closed in fairness. Some of the pillows on the bed were a little hard but they would be the only faults and they are minor.

There’s a shopping mall attached to the property making it convenient to get the essentials. There’s high security to and from the property. The staff are polite, friendly and always happy to help day or night. There is a telephone to the reception in the apartment, which is quickly answered. I had an extension to checking out time on my last day which was helpful as I had a late flight, Thank you Yaya.

The property lacks a full length mirror. The only mirror is in the bathroom and it mists after taking a shower. A mirror in the bedroom would be a good idea. The property was advertised as having an outside space with a tennis court , however when we enquired the reception informed they no longer had access to the play ground. My decision to book the apartment was partly based on having the outdoor play place as my 12 years old son is a bundle of energy, and was too cold to use the pool

The hotel rooms were fully renovated in November 2022 and they got beautiful interior with big smart TVs. Kitchen, dining and sitting rooms are very spacious and elegant. We were given 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (my booking was 2 bedrooms) and each room has closet and big comfy bed. Room towels and bed lines are changed everyday. They even washed our dishes. You can also use the laundry at downstairs for free. It has two swimming pools (one is big, one for kids). This hotel is just next to the shopping mall so you dont need to worry about the transport and security. The mall has supermarket, forex, toyshop, cafes and restaurant. This is my second stay at Yaya and we really had nice stay with good services. I think we got good price for this big and nice rooms.

Since it is just renovated, they could add small items such as safe, tissue box, small dust bins and memo pads. The windows are single, so you can hear noise from the main street (but not so much).

Lovely room, pretty much as described, only thing missing was a full length mirror with some good light to help get ready for going out, but still lots of mirrors around the apartment. Great access to washer and dryer

It would be helpful to have a couple of basics in the kitchen like salt and pepper to help make the most of the kitchen without spending money for little items you won’t use a lot of. TV guide for the tv would be useful.
