The hotel felt clean which is most important to me.
They advertised breakfast. Felt scammed. There were other hotel guests wondering what happened. The hotel placed some cold, boxed items on the bar, there was no staff around, no one offered to make anything, coffee container was empty, nothing hot offered despite having what looked like a fake English muffin with egg and sausage as well as bagels on display. God knows how long those had been sitting there.

The location is great. Not far from Airport, staff friendly and very professional.
The Restaurant or Starbucks, does not keep regular hours that were posted. But the Staff and service was great when opened.

I noticed the smell of something as we woke up and it about made me sick Not sure where it came from but it stunk up the whole floor and made me lightheaded

Nice to sit out on the little terrace in the morning. Bed was super comfortable,staff pleasant and helpful. Grest location for our visit to family in Cranston,RI
Only issue was that the coffeemaker in ghd room wasn't working Wanted to have a cup of coffee on the terrace!
