We used hotel to stay overnight cause or flight landed at midnight and we wanted to go to Tbilisi the following morning. We were happy to have the opportunity to check-in very late at night (03:00). The room was very spacious and clean, with all the potential necessities taken into account (to give you more taste of it, there is an umbrella in the room, in case you want to walk in rain). The staff was very friendly. They provided us with very cool, family-style breakfast on the balcony.

Well, it is not standard B&B hotel - it is big family house turned into hotel.

Really enjoyed staying there and felt valued throughout my stay because of the lady staff,who attended us right from check in to check out .She is very professional, courteous and truly helpful. Since we had an early flight, we were not able to have our breakfast and has asked her if she could at least prepare something for my 5 years old daughter .She literally made some delicious breakfast for my daughter herself and got it ready before our check out .It was really touching . Place is quiet, in a walkable distance from the center, provided u r fit enough as it is in uphill. Otherwise bolt can be useful . For food delivery , glovo can be used if required, We ordered McDonald's and it arrived in just 15 mins. Rooms are super clean , each corner sparkles ✨ All amenities are provided , complimentary 2 bottles of water and tea . Overall , I will give 10/10 for this hotel Special shout out to the lady who attended us ( could not ask her name ) you are a star and such a kind hearted person .Thanks

It was an absolutely wonderful place—I truly wished I could have spent more time there and enjoyed the breakfast, which looked absolutely delicious 😋. I really appreciate the friendly attitude of the staff. They helped us carry our things to the room, recommended a restaurant in the area, prepared a good breakfast, and constantly asked if we had everything we needed. I really recommend it to everyone:-)

Missing the window in the room....there was in the kitchen and also in small place for smokers...but no so big problem

The breakfast was tasty, being delivered in the terrace. The room was comfortable, with a king size bed and a good heating system. The hostel offered the option to buy additional food and drinks for an additional price. Water, coffee and tea were provided without cost. The room was clean and the terrace gave us a chance to have a nice overview of Kutaisi. The location is fine, 10 min away from Bagrati cathedral and around 20 min away from the center. The hotel is located on the hill, requiring some effort in order to get there by foot. The girl from the staff was warm and friendly, providing indications and recommendations regarding what to do in Kutaisi.

There is a billiard/pool table but it is crooked, so not very proper to play.

The hotel is lovely and the owner is extremely helpful and super nice. Bedrooms are quite spaceous and nice and the beds were extremely comfy. Having breakfast in the terrace overlooking the main cathedral was also quite nice.

Location of the hotel is unfortunately not ideal. Although it looks super close to the city centre, it is in the middle of a hilly area, so not ideal for walking, but if you're comfortable getting a Bolt to go up and down (we did it all the time, each ride cost us virtually nothing, i.e., 3-4 GEL), then you should be fine. Toilets were a bit old and smelly but nothing too bad

Service: top (very friendly, unobtrusive and careful) Very good breakfast: mix of continental breakfast and Georgian specialties, like Tchemali or Kartopeli + homemade jam - coffee filtered or Turkish on request Room: bright, tastefully designed, blackout curtains, low-noise air conditioning, mosquito nets in front of the windows, very good snack bar + fridge and kettle for tea or coffee, carpeted floors, clothes servant and various services for a reasonable surcharge, such as laundry Bathroom: very clean, 1x slippers per person, shower bath and shampoo per person, enough towels Beds: several pillows per person, comfortable mattress, French duvet, bedside lamps Accommodation: 24-hour reception (even at night), on-site parking, cameras, very nice (shaded and sheltered from the wind) terrace overlooking Bagrati, Kutaisi and the mountains, seating areas with blankets, garden with a comfortable hammock Location: although located on a slope above the city, Kutaisi center can be reached on foot or by car in about 15 minutes, Bagrati within sight and within walking distance, small supermarkets nearby, VERY nice view Kutaisi: that town is older than Tbilisi and smaller with around 250,000 inhabitants*, but has a lot to offer if you like very good food, organic food from the farmers in the surrounding villages and a pleasant climate with actually always a light breeze = very good air + Kutaisi is a good starting point for trips to the regions, for example to Radsha, Adzhara, Svaneti, etc.

We were very satisfied in the Hotel Orange and cannot say anything negative.

The host was very welcoming and helped my parents and me find places and navigate ourselves through Kutaisi very smoothly. He even helped us book taxis through his contacts. The taxi drivers were also very pleasant to travel with and told us their stories. Very helpful people especially for confused tourists! It is also very central.

Great location in the center of Kutaisi. Very nice owners/employees. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast.

Chargers were falling out of the electric sockets for some reason (possibly something loose?). The girl who checked us in, came into our room, because she remembered that she forgot to mention something during check-in (it was nothing important and we could read it ourselves from a piece of paper that was in the room), a bit strange, but everything was fine. Highly recommend it!

The door handle was rusted and broken, it had a very sharp edge, it slit my finger deep and left me bleeding and my friend had to open the door every time I had to use the washroom
