The staff were really amazing and helpful. The place was very cosy and comfortable. I could use the kitchen, dining area, and the garden whenever I wanted.

I wouldn't say, I didn't like, but as you have to self check in and out, so it can be confusing for some people and also not properly giving you the flavour of staying at a hotel, where you can have a reception always ready to welcome 😉 However, the curtains kept falling from the stand as you moved the curtains to have fresh air. And the bathroom is a bit smelly. It could have some diffusers. The fan provided was actually a heater, so it didn't help much in this hot summer weather.

We liked the location: easy to find, convenient for our purposes, and we were able to park. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, and a nice space to eat or sit, with patio doors to the garden. It was a very short walk to a Co-op for options for breakfast. We were in Bedroom 4 with a nice view over the garden at the back of the house. The queen (4'6") double bed was comfortable, and the room and ensuite were clean, with good wifi and electric sockets close to the bed. We've already booked our next stay.

The upstairs rooms are only accessible by a steep, narrow staircase completely unusable for anyone with mobility difficulties. The ensuite in Room 4 is not accessible, with barely enough room for a single adult to get into: some people would not be able to use the facilities. From the information available onsite, it appears that the bedrooms are not interchangeable and have different sized beds and ensuites. The room descriptions on the website should be much clearer to allow guests to make good decisions for their needs. Rooms 1,2 and 7 are ground floor rooms with 1 and 2 facing the road and 7 the garden; rooms 3-6 are first floor rooms accessible only via the narrow staircase.

The room was amazing and they spared no expense in providing optimal facilities. The staff was pretty cooperative as well. The light bulb wasn't working in my room as I checked in and it was fixed promptly. The check-in and check-out process is also very swift and hassle-free. I'll definitely consider this location again whenever I'm traveling to Cambridge.

The people upstairs were a bit noisy so that disturbed my studies a bit. Other than that everything related to the accommodation and the staff is perfect.

The room was sanitised and sealed as well as the toilet. Good value for the money we paid plus enough toiletries for a one night stay and free tea/coffee. I would recommend this place to anyone going for a short or long trip as the kitchen has basic facilities like microwave, fridge, washing machine etc.

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower area was a little congested, would be difficult for a bigger/bulkier person to get in and move around. Plus no stand in the shower area for toiletries.

Overall a lot of things are done right. The rooms are quite clean, the wifi is stable and fast. There are complimentary water and cosmetics included. Location is a bit far from the center, but within a short walking distance. There is a shated kitchen with excellent choice of kitchen equipment.

I wish check-in process was more proactive, do I need to call to get in? This information could've been provided ahead of time, otherwise it's an extra charge on my phone bill. There are heating issues, the room got a bit chilly, and I had to use the heat blower to get it warmed up enough. One of the pillows was torn apart.

The location was perfect to visit my daughter at her uni accommodation. The accommodation had functional amenities, kitchen is fully equipped. A neat environment, was impressed by this when we booked it the 1st time..This is our 2nd visit.

The piping and flooring (from upstairs) we found too noisy. We could also hear the cars driving past outside. The mattress wasn’t that comfortable as the one we had in our previous stay.. Part of the curtain in our room was broken.Had to ensure it was folded to maintain our privacy.

Clean and comfortable with the shower and toilet room inside; the staff was very helpful sent the shower towel when was short; the housekeeper stopped loud sound after asked; Sainsbury’s was not far away; can cook and wash easily; kitchen was very clean and comfortable.

Couldn’t cancel the booking even over one week notice but this actually helped me because I booked a cheaper hostel experienced problems, so I could continually stay in Tas which was good to me. The washing dryer was not clean, used 4 wipes cleaned inside door and the door seal rubber.

Spotlessly clean. Seals on toilet, door, water cups etc Al showed freshly cleaned. Lovely extras like tea, coffee, fridge in communal area. Also a garden with chairs and table outside. Bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows and quality white cotton linen. Loved the shower gels, shampoo, cotton will pads and cotton buds all provided. Also the hairdryer. There were also fans provided, but, despite the day being very hot, the room was not too hot. We walked into Cambridge centre, which took about an hour, but took us along a hidden treasure of Cambridge - Mill Road, where there were lots of quirky, independent cafes and shops to break up the walk .Lovely big double room and good shower too. There is free parking at the front and rear of the property. Very easy, helpful check in. Will definitely return.

Only thing we didn't like was having to go home 🤣

The room was clean and tidy. We only needed a bed for the night before we had to be at the university the next day so what we had in the room was ideal. Shower was amazing! Towels provided along with a shower gel and 2 shampoos. There is a hair dryer and a fan which was greatly appreciate because it was so hot on the day we arrived.l. I think the price of it I’m guessing is because you’re so close to the city which was ideal, we were only a 7 minute drive from where we needed to be. Parking to the rear of the property which was good because there was no space at the front.

Our room was facing the main road and due to having the windows open at night time because it was so hot the traffic did keep me and my daughter up a while when we were settling down for bed. I’m sure any other time when it wasn’t so hot and we could close the windows it would be fine but just on this occasion we were kept up a bit. Out of the 4 pillows there, we found 2 ok to use. The other two pillows were VERY hard.

Room had everything needed, spotlessly clean and tidy. The kitchen was well set-up and there was a lovely garden and patio where we ate breakfast al fresco.

Communication could have been smoother. I was expecting a staffed reception at the property and missed the message of how to access the property late at night (Booking.com sent email reminders about everything but that!). Once I found instructions in the booking app everything was plain-sailing.
