A beautiful place to stay,clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and helpful. We check out very early in the morning and because we couldn't have the breakfast on that time (4.00 pm) they pack for us the drinks and snacks to have them on the road!🤗 Thank you very much!

The beds were so comfortable very modern hotel and the staff were beyond exceptional! First girl we met at the desk kind of put me off but everyone else was amazing! The hotel is so clean and the food is superb! I will definitely stay here again if I am back in rome and would not stay anywhere else! Stayed here because it’s outside hustle and bustle of city centre and was the best decision ever!

The only downside was how early the checkout is but maybe because I’m used to Ireland checkout 12pm earliest and also being able to get a late checkout which we couldn’t get in this hotel but it really wasn’t too bad! Also just be aware tram out of service until December so busses and taxis to city centre!

Great rooms with comfortable beds, plenty of space, and large bathrooms. The room has good air conditioning as well and the included breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The included breakfast is only from 7:30 - 9:30 so I would have appreciated another hour to sleep in with it ending at 10:30, which is more standard elsewhere in my experience. Similar to checkout being at 10:00 as opposed to a much more convenient 11:00. Also the location is far enough from the center that you will have to plan for long walks or cab rides to most attractions. Local transit would also be possible.

Our room was clean, comfortable and elegant. I like the small features of the stay, such as the privacy blinders, beautiful shower, full-body mirror, thoughtful dresser & storage design. The check-in process was straightforward. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. The location is perfect; it's close to the city center but far away enough from the hustling and bustling.

The breakfast selection wasn't as amazing as other hotels I've been to, but still very good. This may not be the hotel's fault, but they couldn't call a taxi for us because we came during a non-peak season. These remarks are small nitpicks; otherwise, I can't recommend this place more!

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a little off the beaten path however we enjoyed the authentic experience. There are quite a few restaurants and cafés in the area and it is very easy to take a bus to popular areas such as Trastevere, to which we walked and took a bus back. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms and the entire property were very modern and clean. The room was small but just enough. There is a restaurant on site and worth trying for a snack or a meal.

There wasn't much we didn't like. It is notable to mention the rooms were small and a bit tight with our large luggage.

Breakfast was pretty ok. It was diverse in pastries and had a few salty options like ham, cheese, vegetables and omlette but nothing too fancy. Overall it was a good experiece for our first time in Rome. We had the tram station (tram number 8) right next to the villa and it was taking us right into the city center in Piazza Venezia. Bear in mind that it's an almost 40 minutes tram ride until you get there, so it might look close on the map but it's not, expecially if it's hot outside. Our room was cleaned every day and we liked that. The air conditioning was working really well and it was a life saved when coming back to our room from a 35-38 degrees temperature.

I think the elevator could have been faster. It's a one person elevator and it's very very slow, but for a person that has difficulties in climbing the steps until the 3rd floor, it's a good option even if it's slow. The walls are a bit thin in the bathroom area and you could hear the water pressure when the neighbours were taking a shower late in the night or early in the morning. Also if your room is facing the main street and you are a light sleeper then you'll hear the ambulance and motocycles and the traffic in general because the sliding window does not isolate the sound very well.

It was a lovely stay. The rooms were nice and there was a lovely food festival going on in the park right next to the hotel. The beds were comfortable. The building was beautiful. The elevator is really small, perhaps one person can be there at once (plus a child), so they carry the luggage upstairs for you. It didn't bother us, but might effect some people.

The room had a really strong soapy or laundry detergent smell, so I think people sensitive to smells wouldn't handle it. There is some street noise, but I used earplugs and slept like a baby. Sans the aroma I think it's a great stay.

I loved everything about Villa Zaccardi from the friendly driver that picked us up at the airport. The hotel staff were amazing, kind always above and beyond helpful and very friendly . The cleanliness was exceptional. They organised a cake and Prosecco for my 60th birthday. Thank you for making my birthday stay with family and friends so special 😘

This hotel surprised me as I wasn't expecting much since it was the cheapest hotel we booked during our Euro tour. The value for money is definitely a 10/10. The room had excellent air conditioning, looked brand new, and I loved the bathroom and the shower soaps provided. It’s clearly a well-maintained hotel, and its proximity to bus and tram stops was convenient, saving us from having to walk too much.

The location wasn't as close to the city center as I had expected, although the nearby bus and tram stops made getting there easier. The staff at reception was sometimes slow in responding to requests.

An exceptional holiday. There is 24/7 reception in the hotel . The food in the hotel tastes amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in is extremely beautiful and comfortable. The air conditioner is a life saver in this Italian heatwave. The gentleman in the reception is very helpful. The facilities provided by the hotel are excellent. If you want to stay in Rome stay at villa zaccardi, has got all the main bus connections to the landmark spots in Rome. I would recommend this hotel. Made my holiday even better.
