Everything was great.

I was told that there was a pet deposit and and was under the impression by talking to a guy at the front desk that it was refundable. As is turned out it was actually a non refundable pet fee. Spoke to the manager days later after I saw the charge. She refused to refund after a rather lengthy discussion. The interesting thing is that during our conversation she used the term deposit numerous times as well. I've been in property management for 35 years. Please educate your staff to understand the difference between a deposit and a fee. They are not the same and you are misleading the public.

One of the best staffs I've encountered at a hotel. The breakfast lady was so nice and helpful. The front desk guy who was there both days was so nice. The cleaning service really had our room nice and clean. I left a tip for the breakfast and cleaning crew cause I was impressed. The breakfast was hot and pretty tasty for a hotel. I love the bathroom setup too. I like the vanity on the inside of the main room when you open the door. I like that the shower and toilet are separate from the vanity. I will use Holiday Inn Express again.

Not hotel's fault but a few of the guests were just kind of loud like checking in really late and their kids were up early too.

The staff amazing, Friendly, Helpful I forgot my pillow there and they actually called me! Usually hotels don't care if you get anything back ... cudos ! 😊 the Cleanliness Perfect! Comfy Bed and your dog can stay with you! Breakfast staff great! All food dishes were fresh and dishes had food in them she kept up with demand ! liked the higher quality and options of food as far as I'm concerned I will pick this hotel every year I travel to Florida Thank you for taking good care of us when we stay ❤️

Breakfast was excellent. The attendant was great. She was a pleasure. She had to deal with a certain woman who complained about EVERYTHING... she complained about there not being any plain vanilla yogurt, her turkey sausage being cold (which it wasn't), and the way the rooms were designed because when her husband got up to brush his teeth the light was in her eyes...smh. people like her makes you want to quit your job.

It was a great property. It checked all the boxes for me as far as proximity to our destination which was the race track. It was close to the Corvette museum, Aviation Herritage Park, Lost River, and so much more. We love the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and whole property. It really was home away from home. We used the pool everyday and it was always clean.

This place is perfectly located if you’re in town visiting and exploring the area. Something to do in any direction and all 1 hour or less away. The room was very clean and neat with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on at a hotel.

My only complaint is the exhaust fan in the shower was loud and the water pressure at the sink was a little low.

Easy access and nicely renovated

We were located next to the stair exit even though I specified we were traveling with an infant. The door was not a quiet shut and was used frequently throughout the night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasvery good. The location was very easy off and on the expressway, and the area was nice with stores and several options for dinner.

Entire facility was very clean. Location was very convenient to highway access and to a wide variety of food options. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend and would stay again.

Well located when heading to Nashville airport from the north. Quiet and nice big room and very clean.

No bar or restaurant but some good ones nearby.
