The man working the front desk (I regret not knowing his name) when we checked in at 2pm on Friday Sept 13 was absolutely incredible. 10/10 customer service and so very friendly--he deserves a raise. We instantly felt welcome because of him. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast buffet was also great.

The man working in the dining hall during breakfast the first three mornings (Sept 14-16) was awful. He had a very bad attitude and was extremely rude to not only people in my group but many others I observed. He completely turned us off and being around that kind of energy was a very poor start to the day.

Modern and clean, very comfortable bed and sound proofing. Location was great - in a nice residential area close to metro. Lots of lovely little cafes and shops around. Walkable distance to main attractions (45-90 minutes walk one way which we enjoyed). I took express breakfast for a small price - was pretty satisfying.

Reception staff did not speak very good English and could not advise us about the neighbourhood. Neither did they know what kind of tickets / how to buy if one wanted to travel with public transport. I think it is essential for someone working at a reception in a hotel in central Paris to know perfectly well all the ins and outs of the area surrounding the hotel, as well as to be able to give clear instructions on using public transport (maybe management should think of writing up a brochure with step by step guidance for tourists on at least how to get to buy tickets / use underground?..) They were not even sure about the opening hours of the boulangerie next door…

Comfortable bed and room. The breakfast was phenomenal, with high quality items and great variety. Friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. Close to beautiful Monceau park and a few different transit options.

I was a little disappointed by the small size of balcony that I paid extra for - only room for one person, and really not much to look at besides the courtyard below.

The staff were excellent v helpful. When we checked in they changed our room so could have connecting one! 10 mins walk to metro but district lovely away from busy tourist areas, had some lovely little bistros to eat. Place de DR Félix Lobligois was pretty with lots of choice. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel as loads of places to have coffee and croissant.

Room small but that is what expect from Paris, no toiletries in one room where toiletries in the other. But had our own anyway so wasn’t problem. It wasn’t made aware on book.com that tax was added so was slightly more expensive than what we thought it was so bare in mind when booking.

Pretty much everything was perfect for our stay - great location (we like walking so was nice to have 40 mins into the center to see all the streets), close by to Basilica which is just amazing! Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Especially Ben - he helped us get our taxi's most days and spoke very good English. Also the lady who served us on the bar in the evening - she made our experience!

The only thing I will say is the rooms were very warm and the air conditioning wasn't the best

Everything was great. Very polite staff, super clean room, well equipped, very comfy bed, very good breakfast. Even though we arrived at 2:30am, even the night security gentleman was super nice and very helpful. Thank you!

We did get two connected rooms as requested, however the doors were locked, so we had to do one parent with one child in each room. And we were given one room for disabled people. Which is not a big deal, just not what we would have chosen.

The room was clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and really helpful. Excellent attitude towards clients. The breakfast was excellent.

We should have picked a hotel closer to the center of town, or right near a metro station (the weather was very cold and the distance was a bit of an inconvenient). The rooms are quit small and the breakfast although very tasty could have had more options

Value for money, clean, friendly people, comfortable and nice rooms.

I found the staff in the breakfast area quite friendly. However, there was one major drawback during our visit: the noise level. The clattering of dishes and utensils was so loud that it became a significant annoyance. At one point, it was almost headache-inducing. While the staff's friendliness is appreciated, the excessive noise greatly detracted from the overall breakfast experience. It would be beneficial for the establishment to address this issue to create a more pleasant atmosphere for guests.

A pleasant area to stay in, with excellent staff providing great service. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries nearby, and the metro station is less than a 10-minute walk away

I would suggest replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower for added convenience and accessibility

Really nice area where local families live, great location to see a different side of Paris and not only the usual touristy neighbourhoods. There are many restaurants, shops and cafes around, and the metro station is just few minutes away. Good breakfast!
