The staff were helpful and also respectful (for example they don't look in your room as they walk by). Nice koi fish in two water features. Check out the net "air sofa" on the second floor for a sweet view. Location is just a couple blocks away from the busy area.

Take a second floor (air conditioned) room if you don't want to hear the upstairs neighbors walk around (if they are heavy footed).

5 mins walk away from the main walking street and restaurants. Nice rooms with a good balcony, super clean. Friendly staff.

We had the first room off the road and you could hear all the bikes and cars, it wasn’t super noisy but it wasn’t silent either.

Great location. Comfy beds. Good size room, with seating and fridge. There was space to park your scooter. Hot shower, one of the better ones we've had during our time in Thailand. Staff were really friendly and let us store our bags after checking out. Great for a few nights in Pai

The walls are quite thin, one night we could hear everything happening in the room next door, luckily it didn't last too long...but overall Payi Resort was a brilliant place to stay.

Nice room and "resort", good atmosphere. Walking distance to restaurants, 7eleven, bus station, night market.

Not very good WiFi. The balcony table hasn't been cleaned for a long time, it was really dirty. And seat pillows deserve some proper washing too, it was disgusting. Otherwise the balcony was great. Wash-basin needs some repair, it is really unpleasant to have a wet floor everytime I wash my hands or teeth.

Comfortable bed, good service, good location. The coffee was one of the better ones in Pai, but it wasn't always open.

It's a bit rundown and could be better for the price. But overall was a great experience, I stayed there for an extended period of time and they even gave me a better price.

They did not offer clean towels or more water on second night. But I asked and was given them so all good.

I liked the arty feel of the property and the plants going throughout. The room was also pretty spacious and airy. I loved the closet space too.

Really good location, very close to walking street but far enough away you can get a good sleep. The staff were very friendly. Big room and good balcony.

Only thing I didn’t didn’t like was there were quite alot of ants in our room. Couldn’t leave anything out as they were all over it.
