The IBIS Style room was very spacious for this standing, with an extra large bathroom The staff was amazing, warm and anticipating my needs, very accommodating in all matters The breakfast room and buffet were great The bar selection was beyond the basics, with a few interesting references at decent prices, including excellent wine

As usual in most 2-3* hotels in France, breakfast buffets are light on fruits The hotel was quiet and occupation was low but it's likely sound proofing is as average as in most hotels

The location is convenient, with several shops and restaurants nearby. Being slightly outside the city and close to the highway is a big plus, as it helps avoid morning traffic. Free on-site parking is a great bonus. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. While the breakfast selection isn't particularly remarkable, it’s perfectly adequate to start the day on a good note.

Modern business hotel close to motorway in a commercial area, very friendly staff, supermarket close by, breakfast buffet smaller but with good quality food, fresh orange juice, choice of coffees, rooms with good beds, typical for France only one cover per bed, good clean room with spacious bathroom (double room with sofa (21 sqm))

Scrambled eggs were made from pasteurised liquid egg, not fresh, no bar staff at 22:30h, otherwise everything was good

My daughter likes the breakfast options, all fresh produce. Ideal location for visiting the Arenberg during Paris Roubaix, and close to a large Auchan supermarket and shopping centre. Our room seemed particularly quiet.

Car park could be a bit bigger but we managed to find a space this time.

The breakfast wasn’t great, It used to be a lot better with more choice.

The service was slow which probably explains why nobody was eating or drinking of an evening.

Very nice clean modern hotel. Our room was very spacious and the duvet cover was a good size too. The shower and bathroom was excellent. We also enjoyed a good breakfast. We will definitely stay again

The hotel space and rooms are looking new and renovated, the room had a modern design and was super clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We stayed there for one night to sleep over and it definitely meet our expectations. There were a lot of free parking spaces outside. The breakfast was pretty good: fresh orange juice, eggs, bacon, fresh bread, pancakes and other options.
