The breakfast was good once it was available as the cook called in sick and only a few items were available until 8:30 am. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am? The desk clerk apologized but could not do her job and cook also. The location is great as it is near the mall and other activities. The hotel was very clean and parking was convenient.

The beds are a poor design as you hit your knees on the corners every time you go around the bed-Wood box beds. The mattresses were not comfortable as I did not get any sleep all night long.

Staff was great, location great, room was awesome, cleanliness was awesome. The room was modern with a smart tv that you could add your streaming services. They had alot of storage for your bags, purses and trinkets. USB cords were by the night stand as well so you don't necessarily need a charging box for your phone and tablet. Great plush towels and washcloths and most importantly quiet. The deposit was low as well surprisingly only 25.00.

I liked everything.

The staff was very friendly. Its was clean, breakfast was decent and the location is amazing. We stayed at this location because we took our daughter to Kidzania which was literally across the street when we opened the blinds to see what view we had. All in all when it comes to taking my family Tru is always first choice because of the pool table and games available to guest.

Even though we had double beds the room was small fir 2kids and 2 adults. There aren't any dressers or microwaves. This isn't a big deal for me but to the next it maybe.

Our first time at a Tru by Hilton and was just expecting a decent stay with free breakfast, free parking and free internet however the facility turned our to be very pleasant, impeccably clean with great professional staff ready to help you out with your questions (no place for them to hide unlike other hotels where they disappear for long). The lobby is very comfy and inviting to sit in with family for food, play pool, gather around or just make some private calls away from the room. We ordered in from nearby restaurants and they let you microwave and eat it right there. There are a lot of snacks available in the lobby to buy for family. Also the room dint have lot of fake frills like the defunct coffeemaker or microwave etc instead it had a mini fridge and shower with great bath and cleaning essentials which were always filled up. I even went for walks around the hotel after the morning breakfast and had a lovely downtime while my family slept in. We took our kid in the kids pool and we loved it for the value we provided. My kid and myself enjoyed the eggs, cereal, juices and cupcakes.

I wish there were some decent restaurants close by which we could walk to, but I wouldn't complain much as we could order in. The breakfast could have hasbrowns, baked potatoes or veggie rolls for vegetarians. The bread options or bagels were pretty dry to touch so I dint even try it. Also dint venture into pancakes or waffles whichever it was. Also lights in the room were sometimes erratic. Bedsheets could be more comfortable.

The location was very convenient for our business needs on this trip. Within driving distance of the airport, and within walking distance of a convention hall we were attending. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well.

Nothing in particular stands out as needing improvement. It was a nice stay and I would stay again. Some items might need updating for aesthetic purposes, but overall that wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The manager, Mo, and his brother were extremely welcoming. We arrived very late our first night. Shortly after settling in, we called downstairs to ask for another blanket. That blanket was delivered in under 5 minutes. Everytime we had a question, Mo always had a helpful answer. We will definitely stay at this location again.

I like how they had the breakfast, but it seems like one day they had bagels and next day it look like they ran out, they move up what was leftover . I don’t eat that flat round sausage, I wanted to try it, it should have a “warning “sign “caution it contains bones”.. i almost crack my molar ,I did mention to front desk, he commented it had happen before so it needs a sign over it.

The location was very convenient . Everything was near the hotel . It had amenities to entertain the soccer team we came with .

I am only saying this because we stayed for 5 nights . But maybe change the breakfast to different things because eating the same thing every morning kinda got overrated.

Location was perfect for us. It was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

It suited our needs perfectly (family of 5 in three rooms). There was nothing not to like from my perspective.

Good location to what we needed. Great parking.

As far as my room there was damage on the ceiling above the toilet. The shower would flood out onto the bathroom floor. Needed more towels to keep it out of the actual room.
