Wanted to try Okura since my last trip. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here from the facilities to the location. The check in process was very seamless with assistance from Lily who talked us through breakfast arrangements to the spa and gym etc. For me, service is a contributing factor to my overall experience and it went very well with Lily. The room we got was the corner room with separated bathroom area (not like the pics) but either way is fine. + points + Location is at Phloen Chit station and you have to first enter a mini mall and enter the hotel through the back door if youre taking the train. To me it is not an issue because on the way you will get to pass by 7/11 and boots - which are 2 places that we visit when we need smth and this is such convenience for us! + Rooms are very spacious and clean. (despite it being a 10 year old hotel, the built in still looks good apart from some condensation around the airconditioning which is inevitable) + Gym, albeit not the biggest, but it is spacious enough for several people to be working ut at the same time without intruding to each other's spaces. + I love the water pressure of the shower head and the rain shower and the hot water comes really quickly (impt for me as I get cold really easily and shower in really hot water) + toilet is very spacious and very clean (no water spots anywhere after every day's house keeping which is super thumbs up!) Even the bathtub is sqeaky clean! love it! + i love that they provide shower stuff from Harnn ! + They will turn down the room for you if youre not in and this is such a sweet touch for me (first time experiencing it) and provide us with slippers beside our bed and water!

- points - Not that i can think of any that will deter me from coming back but maybe the leather of the bed frame was a little worn out so that may be an issue for some people but not to me. - Not many movie channels on the TV but they have a wide range of other channels such as new channels/ Japanese or Korean channels.

1. Please consider to provide American coffee and water in lobby all day time. 2. Breakfast buffet quality has gone down compared to pre Covid time, for example, fruit section. We have stayed in your hotel since it was built so knew what it was like in the past.

When I checked in, I discovered my room had been upgraded. That was amazing! The staff!!! The are exceptional in every way of imaginable. Please be good to them! The location. There is a bridge directly connecting the hotel with BTS Phloen Chit. The cocktails (if that's your thing). The bar snacks. The suggestions made by the staff about my stay.

The breakfast was so beautifully presented and has so many tasty options . Infinity pool was breathtaking and it was lovely to drink Prosecco and watch the sunset and see all the night lights appear on the buildings . The dinner at the Up and Above restaurant was mind blowing! I felt I was tasting food from Masterchef. My corner room had fantastic views of Bangkok and the beds and pillows were so comfortable . I love how it was connected to the BTS sky train and Central world shopping mall. Great staff .. they couldnt do enough for you .

There is a lot of wear and tear in the bedroom furniture . Chipped wood , stains etc especially by the mini bar . However this would stop me from coming here again

Exceeded my expectation. From check in untill check out everything was perfect. Room was always clean. Complementary water and fruits every day. In my life I've been in many 5*hotels, breakfast in Okura was one of the best I really appreciate small gestures like small origami- loved it.

No prosecco/champagne during breakfast.

it will be good if they have rooms with shattaf toilet ( water spray ) in the bathroom as an option.

The Okura staff is very friendly and knows what service is according to Japanese standards. We received extra attention for our little girl which we are very grateful for. They treated our family very nice! We enjoyed the pleasant talks with some of the staff. They even have two choices for the breakfast: Japanese bento box style breakfast, which was good. We did like the buffet better because you have such a wide selection of yummy and excellent food! Remember to bring your card table nr as then will even bring the dish to your table. There is a patisserie in the hallway with very good chocolates and we had the mooncakes and they were so delicious! They know how to compensate for any inconvenience, that's just great service! When you go to the patisserie you also find a Boots, 7/11 and the BTS is also just around the corner, very convenient.

After experiencing The Okura in Tokyo, I was eager to try the Bangkok property, drawn by its impressive outdoor pool and the legendary Japanese standard of service. We were not disappointed — the service lived up to the brand’s origins, the Japanese breakfast was flawless, and the continental option on the other side (which also included Japanese elements) was the best I have ever seen. Our corner room was beautiful, with refined decor — even if not quite on par with its Japanese counterpart. And the infinity pool was simply stunning.

The toilets here are slightly simplified compared to the more sophisticated versions in Japan — perhaps a deliberate choice, as those might feel overly complex for an international clientele.

Breakfast - best one we had in all these visits to Bangkok Room - very good and comfortable. Never felt small with 2 adults and 2 kids in the same room Japanese themed and fantastic at every step Property - very clean and service spot on at every step Location is at the heart of Ploenchit and avoids other crowds of usual Bangkok areas, but still close by to all usual Malls and attractions. Easily accessible with Taxi / Grab BTS access is there from the building - although have a walk a bit

Access to BTS is thee but a bit tricky You have to use 2 lifts just to reach the ground floor. Then can walk and use escalators to reach BTS walk If you are using BTS with stroller > Take lift to 24th floor (lobby) > Take another lift to ground floor > Take another lift to reach Level 4 of the parking area, walk through the parking to BTS walk

Room was sportess clean! The best cleaning cervices I've enjoyed in a 5star hotel. Room was spacious with a nice view and great lighting if wanted and excellent shades if needed. Drinking water was provided abundantly. Bathroom was big and shower was amazing! The pool was not to miss. Okura has one of the most enjoyable pools with a nice view and good services. Breakfast was perfect with everything you could want. Loby was nice to enjoy with a nice rooftop. Location is great. Right next to a BTS and within a walking distance from many malls.

Nothing. It was all perfect! I really did miss nothing.
