The breakfast for this stay was much better than our stay 8 nights earlier. For example, there were actually things to add to the oatmeal (nuts, raisins), whereas before there was nothing. For both stays, the room (requested the same one) was very clean with ample amenities in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dryer, lotion...), The TV had easy-to-use controls and good picture quality. Beds very comfy. For both stays, the people at the main desk were helpful and courteous. And we appreciated the proximity to Perkins Restaurant for dinner.

The night of the 2nd stay, there was a family down the hall that was fairly loud until the kids went to sleep. Maybe the hotel could use more sound-proofing?

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room/bathroom. The staff were so nice and extremely helpful. We enjoyed that there were cookies, bottled water and board games for patrons if they wished.

We didn't enjoy the continental breakfast. We had hoped there would've been a meat, like sausage or bacon. Instead it was mostly carbs or instant eggs/hardboiled or fruit, which my some tried but did not like. We went for breakfast elsewhere. That was the only negative aspect of our stay there.

Comfortable, clean, well appointed, helpful and friendly staff. Walkability…many neighborhoods to walk through! Close to Wakanda Park, the walking trail to the library, etc. Close to grocery store and several dining options.

Noisy neighbors in the room above ours We spend most of our time with family on the opposite side of town so the location isn’t the most convenient, but Menomonie is small so it doesn’t take too long to commute back and forth.

Large open lobby/breakfast area we could visit with our family group staying on site for family wedding weekend. Rooms nice and beds comfortable. Easy to get around the Menomonie area from this location.

Ice machine on floor 4 was not working, sign was posted.

Access to gym and pool, despite only being there a night. Long stay or short, they make themselves available to you. That's appreciated.

This is a nice location when taking our daughter back to Stout. Kat at the front desk welcomed us and went above and beyond to make our stay great! The hotel is clean, and I really like the shampoo and conditioner. When we forgot tooth brushes, they were happy to give us complementary ones.

This was not the first time I’ve been to this establishment’s location. Being a Stout alumni, family would come visit me during my residency on campus. Lovely location, discreet entrance but still close to stores in the area.

I encountered two minor issues during my stay. I was unable to give housekeeping a tip via my card. I ran out of cash during my stay, and I thought the front desk would be able to help me by adding a tip via my booking charge. However, as they do not have a service account for such, I was unable to tip the housekeeping service. Secondly, the bed in my room was very creaky and somewhat uncomfortable for a full-night’s rest.

The room was good sized, clean, temperature control good, and beds were comfy. I wish I had known this was a Hilton hotel; I will now book with Honors going forward.

The breakfast was fair. Oatmeal was good, but all seemed a bit sparse. May want to walk the floors for smoking - it seems some patrons enjoy smoking marijuana. The smell is noticeable.

No options for vending; the little marketplace in the hotel is very over priced.

Beautiful hotel. Fast elevator. Wide hallways. Rolling stools in rooms for extra seating - awesome! Mirrors outside of the bathroom. Games to borrow at the front desk. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.

Same door for bathroom and closet - very inconvenient and frustrating. Could not lock the bathroom door - very frustrating and uncomfortable. Not enough light in the room.
