The staff and the comfortable rooms are always the best.

The pool was ice cold for the two days we were there. I personally love an ice cold pool, but my wife and son were not a fan.

We got Jacuzzi suite. It was very nice. Good breakfast to start the day. Had flavored coffee creamer, added plus. The bed was comfortable.

There was a ticking noise all night coming from the refrigerator. Some.fruit options at breakfast would have been wonderful

Just a few minor things, light out in bathroom & foor sticking a little, no big deal.

The rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, and my son loved the pool.

The second time we went to the pool there was only one towel to dry myself and my son off with.

clean rooms. comfortable bed and pillows. clean bathroom. everything in stock in the room shampoo conditioner soap towels coffee etc. great breakfast for how small the hotel was. also super cute pool area and hot tub! we didn’t get a chance to swim but it was very nice looking.

needs a remodel it is starting to show west but still would stay again if driving through. we stopped in late at night due to a bad storm.

The staff was nice when I checked in. When I got to my king room the room was nice and clean there was a Jacuzzi tub, there was ample toiletries and towels. breakfast was served on time it came with waffles, eggs, sausage, Yogurt,English muffins, toast. lots of juices to choose from and coffee. Pool was open.

We would have liked to have been closer to downtown Menomonie.
