I loved that it was clean, smelled amazing and was inviting. The man who checked me in at the front desk was great! I even placed a doordash order and when the overnight staff seen i didn't get it they refrigerated it for me. To me that was going above and beyond. I will be staying here again.

The property was clean. When I checked in I could see all the housekeeping staff stripping the beds and bathrooms so I knew the hotel was being cleaned regularly. It was also nice because a lot of people seem to only use this hotel for one or two nights so if you’re going to stay for longer periods for work the pool is empty after 11am and the building is quiet.

To be honest there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. It was a moderate hotel for a decent price.

For the fairly small price we paid, we had a very enjoyable stay. Only downfall we had was the shower head didn't work correctly. Pool was nice and warm, hot tub was even better. Breakfast was yummy and simple. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Easy to find, plenty of parking space, good location as long as you have a car. Away from Downtown Eau Claire on a very quiet residential area.

The included breakfast, even though it had several options, yet it was the same menu each day, it could be an issue if you staying more than 3 days

The place was very clean. the pool and the hot tub were great. The hot tub actually was very warm and bubbly, so comforting. The breakfast was well stocked and varied daily with regular staples and some nice other choices.

I like how the pool is open till 11pm and they are pet friendly. I only get 10 years with my dog and I want to make the most of it

When I was checking out they second guessed me and who I was. The same guy who checked me in made sure that I was allowed to have my dog and an extra person. I love how thorough he was but it kinda sucked.

The breakfast was good and the location was great and near where we had to be.

The pull out sofa was not what we expected..the mattress was old and dirty. It definitely was not soft or had any thickness left in it.

Breakfast was good. Hot and well kept.

Parking was at a premium. One night we had to park next door (also owned by the same company) because all the slots were filled.

The staff was attentive!

The quality air in the pool & hot tube area was very poor as it smelled very strong with chlorine & burned our eyes. Please look into this. Thank you!

There is no elevator but the stairs were each low enough it wasn’t to difficult and Everyone was so nice and helpful small free Breakfast was available also and the room was very clean and comfortable
