The counter staff was great in check in and check out. The room was spacious. Our breakfast was great, but the wait staff was stressed due to a larger number of customers than what they expected. The Banana Bread and crispy potatoes was REALLY GOOD.

Hotel was not just off the highway as advertised. The highway was beside the hotel, but it was several miles to the on ramp. No free breakfast. Our room had a view of the back of a large industrial air conditioning unit and nothing else. It was loud all night due to the unit by our window.

Pool is nice restraunt it good they give you 20 for a room.for breakfast and kids 12 and under eat free off the kids menu. It'll still cost you a few bucks. Beds were comfortable. Room was nice. Price was a bit more than I'd like but it was fine. And they were full. So just a busy weekend im sure.

Loved the decor and design, very clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. We travel through Eau Claire twice yearly and will choose to stay again.

Johnny's steak house was Superb. I thought when I booked the hotel I included a "complementary breakfast", it was $10.00 off the breakfast price. Not explained very well in Booking.com when I scheduled our room online.

Location was convenient.

No fire alarm would have been nice. Fan in bathroom very loud all night. Trucks going by were pretty loud also. I didn't get a very good night's sleep.

The check in staff was friendly in the evening. When we left in the morning, we weren’t greeted or asked how our stay was. The woman at the desk answered the phone and said her name was Karen. She was at the computer, never looked up or said anything to us or anyone else who entered the lobby.

It is always clean and tidy. Seems a little out of the way but in reality it’s very close. It is our favorite place to stay in Eau Claire!

It would be nice to have a mini store on the main floor. Even if it was a vending machine style. It be nice to be able to get toothpaste, toothbrushes, Tylenol, other items that maybe were forgotten. Also have one with quality snacks so if arriving or departing outside normal hours it be nice to get a yogurt, fruit, granola bar and non-carbonated beverage.

Ally at the front desk was so pleasant! Location to my event along with all the shopping and food locations.
