My bed was really comfortable. I'm glad I found a place that was pet friendly!

I chose a room for 1 person and I knew the establishment was pet friendly. I was expecting an extra fee (for having my dog with me) when I checked in, but I was not expecting that I would need to be moved to a different room that was supposed to be a little more expensive than what was listed on Booking.com. Luckily for me, the price stayed the same because the person that had authority to change the price was not physically there and authorized the person checking me in to just keep the price the same as what I had booked for and just add the extra $20.00 pet fee to that.

The staff were very helpful,and courteous! I had read the reviews about the breakfast but they must have stepped it up because we had pancakes,toast yogurt oatmeal honey rolls orange and apple juice peanut butter and jelly,fresh fruit coffee and tea so it had variety just missing meat 😂 but it was a quiet ,clean stay and we got to have our dog with us ❤️ I have to be back in the area more often so this will be my place to go to !! Thank you to the staff for keeping a clean quiet facility!!

Maybe add sausage to the menu and we're golden 😀😀

It was cozy and felt tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of traffic. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and heater wasn’t loud during the night. Conveniently located near restaurants and gas stations like kwik trip. The breakfast was the typical continental breakfast serving a selection of instant oatmeal, bread, English muffins or pre wrapped mini bun sweet rolls, real butter, peanut butter, jelly, yogurt, with coffee, hot water.

Easy to find. Convenient location. Accommodating staff who were present and helpful. Very clean rooms.

Only downfall was a guest left their dog in their room for an extended time (hours) in which the dog barked the entire time. This was no fault of the property but it made it quite uncomfortable for guests in the near proximity of the dog’s room having to hear this the entire time the owners of the dog were gone.

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating - we needed silverware to eat some food and they provided bottled water, always greeted us when we were coming and going. Breakfast was coffee, juice, a pancake machine, fruit, yogurt and some packaged pastries, plus breads to toast. The hotel is one level - so no one above us running around or making noise. It's off the beaten path, so quiet in terms of traffic or city noise as well.

The hotel is basic, no frills option for staying in and around Eau Claire. The cost seemed a little high for what you get, but may have been higher because of events locally. Our toilet seat slide out every time you reached for the toilet paper, but we did not spend a lot of time hanging around the hotel.

I stayed 2 days. The 1st morning, the breakfast was ready early, and I was able to take advantage of that. Greatly appreciated. On morning 2, it was a weekday- relatively quiet- Breakfast was good. The staff was SUPERB! 1 gentleman. 1 lady. BOTH, above and beyond, helping me, and great conversations.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and friendly and got us to our room which was immaculate. Alan (pronounced ah-Ian) the manager, was amazing. He accommodated several of our requests and made us feel like family. Breakfast was also a great value. We will be back!

I can't think of one thing I didn't like.

Exceptionally clean, quiet, beds comfortable, location had trees and gazebo. Plenty of parking.

There was a limited selection for breakfast but for the price that’s to be expected. We had plenty to eat as we don’t eat breakfast often. A bench or some chairs out front would be nice for people waiting for a ride but that’s really just a bonus.

The room was clean and comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. It was well below 0 degrees F but we were warm and comfy all night.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and pastries. Bananas were the only thing close to protein, no bagels or waffles.

The only issue that I has was with the continental breakfast - it was basically non-existent on the days that we stayed there. There was half a pot of coffee on one day with no cups, I had to go back to my room to get a cup. And there were only a few offerings of bagels or yogurt that were quickly snatched up by the other guests. We ended up going to get breakfast every morning. I would have preferred to pay a little more to have a better, well stocked breakfast.
