The staff member working (brown hair, gentleman, was working 2/21 overnights and then 2/23 days) was exceptional. He was friendly, went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Great customer service. The great staff member was what made the experience and why I’ll come back.

I don’t have a very keen sense of smell, but my room smelled like unshowered male body so much that I went and bought room spray. When coming and going in the hallway, there was dirt on the floors in the main level hallway. I suspect the construction workers that rent rooms have chunks that kick off their boots. It didn’t bother me but a quick push broom would have elevated the appearance.

Wonderful location, great pricing, we were traveling with our dog and were assigned a ground floor room near an exit for ease of taking her outside. Very reasonable $25 pet fee. Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was a comprehensive set of choices with hot and cold food choices. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

It's a beautiful place.

When we came back from our event there was no place to park. There were at least 4 pickup trucks with boats blocking each 4 spots in the back. Front staff told me I should park at Target. Not happy about that at all! When I checked out Ruth (who was at front desk in the evening) said no one listens! Really? The boaters should have been the ones parking next door not a mother and daughter! Might need to change your policy

The room had more than enough room and was a great price. It was also in a great location near lots of shops and restaurants.

The facility it was excellent it had a little bar and then the breakfast was wonderful. It was just very nice and easy to navigate.

The only reason why I did not give it a 10 is because our fridge did not work and there was no microwave in the room.

The hotel was clean and in good shape. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was decent. We came down 1 1/2 hours after it opened, and the hot food was cold to barely warm, fried potatoes were dry and cold.

This hotel is very conveniently placed amongst shopping areas but close to walking trails. I love to thrift, and there were two thrift sops across the street! It was comfortable enough and the brekky was basic but nice. The fitness center was clean and nice.

There's not much that I would add. It was a welcoming environment. It is your run-of-the-mill hotel, but nice for a night or two.

Was very clean ! Newly renovated we were told. It was located around restaurants and shopping and close to the expressway. The breakfast was good , nice variety. The hotel had great makeup remover wipes in rooms .

easy access & close to a place that I can get provisions. Award incident after check in(see below) but Vihar Patel was very kind & made things right. Vihar is a great front desk clerk and an asset to the company! I also met the audit & daytime clerk & they were nice as well.

Long day driving only to be given a dirty room. I understand that it was someone’s error that it was marked as clean. the front desk only knows what they’re told from housekeeping.
