Very nice location. Right off interstate and around lots of food options great neighborhood. Middle ground for us on our way to a twins game and back to a brewers game. Staff was super friendly checked in late and the lady at the desk was super nice. Next day there was a man there and he was extremely helpful. Hotel was clean offers a variety of breakfast options. Pool and hot tub were great but beware they clean the pool and hot tub on Monday and the hot tub is closed for most of the day until it can get back up to temp.

Toilets are extremely low- beds could be better there not the most comfortable- eggs are watery

The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very nice, her name was Hope and she was very pleasant and welcoming, as well as being interested in what had brought us over to Wisconsin from Minnesota. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but fine, and very clean. The location is great, very close (walking distance) to a variety of restaurants and 3 miles from the Pablo Center (we had come over to see a show at the Pablo Center) it's also quite accessible to the interstate.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. It's served 6-10 am. We went down about 8:50 am and the scrambled egg warmer was empty. There was no bacon or sausage, but instead some kielbasa looking meat, that was only about 1/3 full. The bread selection was very picked over- only a couple of bagels and English muffins, no pastries. I guess the waffle batter was full as there were parents cooking waffles for their kids. We asked at front desk if the food was going to be replenished, and the clerk didn't know. We waited awhile and more eggs were brought out, but they were very watery, so did not eat them. The breads and pastries were never refilled. We wound up going to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing! Thank you! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was during the week so it was fairly quiet!

I came with my sister to focus on making greeting cards. Room was a bit small, but we made do! I could've used another chair; as there were 2 of us, 1 chair. I asked at the desk, young lady wasn't very friendly, said they didn't have any extra, not even folding. So, we borrowed 1 from dining that wasn't used. Dining room was plenty big, never full.

Very clean - like Monika clean 😃 Breakfast looked very good, although we were not able to stay for breakfast. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup removing wipes. The shower had two heads - overhead and hand-held which is very convenient for the girls who don’t want to get their hair wet. Maybe consider adding a shower cap to the toiletries.

Sound proofing is bad. We could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us, and I’m sure it was the same for them. The mattress squeaked. These are the only two negative things.

The breakfast was the usual hotel fare, including hot items. They were good about keeping on top of refilling items as they were used.

We had to move rooms at 11pm because the person next to us decided to smoke in their room. We had adjoining rooms so the smoke smell was very strong. The manager came up and verified the need to switch. It was hard to move everything at that hour and then settle in for an evening rest. The person at the desk the next morning wasn’t very helpful.

The pool was wonderfully warm, felt like 88 - just perfect for my arthritis exercises. I could have stayed all day. The hot tub was slightly overwarm but did good for my back. Breakfast was very good. My room was excellent & close to the pool, and the cookies were terrific. The walk in shower was so helpful & felt wonderful!

On the whole, all went well. My king bed was softer than I need but when I took advice & slept in the middle, it was better. The last few days, the hot water near the dining room tasted & smelled like coffee. They did maintenance twice on the pool (my main reason for staying); once I waited an hour, the second time, I had to skip it entirely.

Hot breakfast was good and plentiful. Location near UWEC was great. Nice fitness room.

The hot tub and business center were out of order. The breakfast room was small and crowded. The bed was squeaky and the room was smallish. With two queen beds there was little room to move around. The tub made noise when you walked in it. Like something was not attached..you could hear the noise from the sleeping area. Smelled faintly mildewy in the bathroom and the closet was just pegs on a wall.

Hotels make my anxiety so awful. THIS HOTEL I was comfortable! The floors weren’t sticky. The room didn’t feel damp. It was well lit! It was clean. The breakfast was yummy. My kids loved the waffle topping options. The eggs were good. The surfaces were clean. The AC worked well. The people were lovely.

The toilet was a bit low to the ground. I would’ve liked a few more tea flavor options.

Every time I have traveled to the Eau Claire area in Wisconsin I have chosen Hampton inn due to the friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is exceptional! On my last trip I had an unexpected error come up and the staff was more than willing to work with me I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to the area! If you're looking to be closer to 10 to the mall this may not be the place but I don't mind the drive through the area to get to attraction spots! You are super close to gas stations and food there is a McDonald's literally on the other side of the parking lot and Burger King across the street! Love my time here!

I love staying here when I come to Eau Claire! Staff is always amazing and so welcoming! They work well with you when any type of inconvenience comes up! Had a problem with checking in on my end when I got to the property and the desk clerk was so apologetic and understanding.

There is not a single thing I did not like about the property or my stay! If I had to say one bummer it would be the fact that the hot tub was out of order during my time here.
