I like the standard breakfast with omelettes, milk, juice, toast. Staff was very friendly and organized for a completely booked weekend, Very efficient. Room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed and linens. Cable TV selection was good, including MSNBC.

I had booked through Booking.com (HGI rewards member) for a standard 2 bed room. My room was handicap accessible, one bed, non standard. I was fine, but would have preferred a standard room with a table, comfortable chair instead of the awkward chaise lounge. No table.

The beds were extremely comfortable! I loved the window that had a solid blackout curtain which was very nice. The facilities were clean and the location was fabulous. The shower and bathroom were fine, though the sliding door for the bathroom was a new one haha. The breakfast was pretty great for a hotel breakfast. Pancakes and omelettes, and a variety of other goodies. There was always plenty. The coffee was pretty good too!

It was clean, new and conveniently located right off the highway! We were just stopping for a night so we were looking for convenience and this hit the mark! Eau Claire also had a great little downtown area with tons of fun places to eat so we were able to enjoy a dinner and breakfast at two super fun and unique places within a few minutes of the hotel! Holiday Inn is always a go to for me, this one did not disappoint!

One of the better breakfasts we've had. A nice variety and really good coffee and cinnamon rolls. The hotel looked to be very crowded judging from the parking lot, but the room was very quiet and also very dark... due to the light blocking shades.

The clock radios light was quite bright.

Appreciate the early check in traveling with children, staff were very friendly. 2 ladies came to our room to set up crib and were very nice even when we ran into them later in the stay in the elevator they checked on how we were and how we slept. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Bad acoustics in the pool. Could use some sound absorbers on the ceiling to help cut down noise.

Breakfast was delicious. Easy access to where we needed to drive to. Several restaurants to choose.

We were in room 208 and my perfume came up missing on the shelf in the bathroom. I told the clerk at checkout. Avon perfume Rare Amethyst runs about $24.00, missing in bathroom.

The Holiday Inn I-94 West location was perfect for us. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we had a great time there. The hotel has a great breakfast and the soap and lotion in the bathrooms were Dove products which we loved. Our stay was very comfortable and accessible. Thank you for the opportunity.

Clean and comfortable, very spacious in the king with a foldout couch. The pool was nice. The exercise room looked good (although I didn't get in there). we had a decent view of the city.

The people below us complained that we must have had elephants in our room, just our 2 little kids, so maybe the floors could use better insulation.

Clean. Predictable- we stay here routinely. Great breakfast. Breakfast host friendly and efficient.

Smoking area right at front door where you have to walk through it and smell it in the lobby every time the door opens:( Dogs. We have dogs and love dogs. Seeing multiple dogs in a hotel though always makes us feel like it’s not as clean as it could be…

Everything was smooth from coming in to leaving. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. We had a very nice room and comfortable bed.

The only thing that was a bummer was the view from our window, but that's what happens when you are in the city right?
