The food at City Eats was great- service was a bit slow, but the staff themselves were great. We enjoyed the water slides/pool area and action city. Room was very clean. Could not access netlfix and channels were very limited.

The rooms are not very soundproof. It was very early in the morning and we could hear people talking, walking/running in the halls. We know some sound is to be expected at a family place, but it was quite loud.

It is a very nice hotel with happy helpful staff. We had planned two nights not realizing the restaurant would not be open on first night. Also were not told they did not have cleaning of rooms each day. We had stayed there before so knew some things to expect. Good stay ocerall.

No cleaning and fresh towels after first night. No restaurant open first morning.

Courteous staff, very fun place

3 older boys were permitted into an area marked for 8 and under in the dodgeball area and they were throwing at my kid very forcefully and ended up hitting him in the face, hard. I yelled at them to stop. It seemed some staff weren't keeping up on some of the signs' rules.

The room was spacious and the staff very accommodating and “Wisconsin nice”. I came for a conference but will recommend the water park to my children. Unlike other resorts which can be overcrowded, the staff were accommodating and service was quick for ice cream, meals and checkout.

Convenient to wedding venue

The 4 o’clock check in was really late. That we were told we needed to pay for early check in. Was pleased that this $ 50 was credited when asked. It would be nice to have an option for a reduced rate when not using water park since you require wristbands.

Our 3rd year visiting over MEA. My request for room location was met, my grandson and I loved our stay. Good food and service at City Eats!

I wish the line for the go karts could be faster. It seems to be a lot of work for one person.

Location was nice it was easy to get around Niece fully enjoyed the chaos water park Complimentary coffee in the lobby was nicesince there isn't a coffee pot in the room

For the amount if money you spend a continental breakfast would be nice and in room coffee pot

Close to interstate and quiet due to most of facilities being closed. Room was very accommodating for family stay.

That the few activities still available were closed at time of arrival so we were unable to benefit from what was included in the price of our stay.

What you all had to offer

Your hours of operation. When we wanted to swimming we couldn't. Play games, we could the game room was only open for 3 hours.

Fairly close to home, easy to get to. we were here the same weekend last year and had a great time! it was so much fun, I brought my 12 year old grandson and it was perfect!

Those claw games were impossible! frustrating for the kids. Seriously, those claws wouldn’t stay closed on anything.
