Clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and professional.

We had to pay an extra per-child fee in order for our young grandchildren to swim in the pool for a couple of hours. That would've been fine, but we found out they charged family members who stayed there a few weeks before us a different rate, and didn't charge those family members at all during a different stay. If you're going to charge visitors to use the pool, make it part of your policy (under xx years free, over xx years $) and don't change the rate. The vending machine was almost empty during our entire stay.

Was the best hotel stay I've had in a long time. Very clean, great food, pool was awesome even for me. I normally never swim in my hotel stays. The pool was at the perfect temperature and so clean. The cost was very reasonable even for me.

Absolutely nothing. I plan to go again and again. My grandson lives near there, and we are from Minnesota.

Pool was fantastic and warm and room was clean. It was my daughters birthday the staff was great with her even gave her an extra hour to swim after check out. The place was packed on Saturday it's the best hotel in the area.

The bathroom was a little small but not a deal breaker, and I have had better hotel breakfast, but I have also had worse

It was centrally located for all the places we wanted to see. The breakfast was good, it was an egg omelette with cheese and sausage, bisques and gravy. They were in a container in the fridge you had to heat up. Cereal and pastries and yoghurt some fruit. It made a nice start to the day.

The water slide was down the whole time we were there. There are no elevators, so if you have a room on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. The toilet area was very small and the sink area was small too.

We loved the pancake machine. We have never seen that before. Everything was delicious. The pool was fantastic and we liked it was warm. My grandkids loved all the slides. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was.

I didn’t like that my bathroom sink was dirty and it had hairs in it.

The room was very clean. It had one of the best pool and hot tub areas i have seen it a hotel. This area was also very clean.

The complimentary breakfast wasn't up to standards. The breakfast meals that needed to get heated up didn't look very appetizing.

Great that you had an information book in the room and also a TV Channel guide. Window shades were easy to operate

Warmer covers on the bed Needed Uncontrolled children in lunch room while their parents tried talking over each other. Loudmouth cackling women in the lunch room.

Breakfast was not up to hotel standards by making it yourself. It was interesting on dishes already prepared you just had to microwave it. It was ok. The pool was outstanding. The temp for the water was perfect and spas were great.

The breakfast was disappointing. The price paid for the pool.

My room was ready upon arrival. The pool area is outstanding! This hotel has all the amenities needed to have a great stay!

My AC unit wouldn't stay running. I'd have to shut the power off and turn it back on to get it to cool.

Very courteous service, very clean facility, just overall what we wanted.

Pool: Was great, but when you bring your family to an advertised water slide, it should be open but wasn't. This was a disappointment. Also, my bedsheets had stains on them.
