This hotel was very impressive. I didn't realize when I booked it that they were suites and it didn't disappoint. I've never had a full fridge and kitchen in a hotel until this stay so that was quite exciting. The jacuzzi tub worked amazingly on our sore backs after our hectic wedding day and the bedroom was very comfortable. We ordered food in and ate dinner in the living room and the couch was very comfortable as well! We will definitely be coming back here again!

Breakfast was good. We stayed 3 days and we had everything we needed. We loved the pool. That was our favorite part. Room was clean and served our purpose. The people working were great except for when we arrived.

The person at the desk said we could not stay there because we were from Eau Claire. My mom made the reservation for us. She lives in Oregon. There was nothing that said Eau Claire people could not stay there. The room was non-refundable. There was nothing that stated that. I discussed this with the person. Eventually I was allowed to stay. I was there because I was on Spring Break and needed to get away for relaxation. I was told there had better not be any problems. I did not like having to deal with that at the beginning of my stay. I was very worried the first day.

Breakfast was good. The staff working the breakfast said good morning to every guest but my fiancé and I. Which then I noticed the sweet morning welcomes were only said to Caucasians.

When I checked in at night, I had a man help checked me into my room. Friendly personality and felt welcomed. The morning of check out, the person serving the front desk was on the phone with another customer, which I did not mind. I handed her my paperwork to close out my room. She then handed me back my paperwork but never said anything, nor did she give me a thumbs up to confirm I was good. When I continued to stand there, she looked annoyed with me. When I gave her a thumbs up or thumbs down to confirm if I was good, she then looked me up and down and gave me a thumbs up. She didn’t say anything to me the entire time I was at the front desk but I found that rude.

Comfortable suite with nice kitchenette. Breakfast was good with nice variety of options. Easy access to room. Well maintained and clean.

The TV in lounge area was not hooked up correctly so could not use ( did not ask for assist as we were there only a short time). Several times the key card did not work well to open room. It was difficult to regulate the room temperature.

When considering the level of the room, staff, facilities, I had expected a better breakfast. I guess with the costs of everything else the breakfast is where the expenses were reduced. I had already planned on meeting with family in town for lunch, so the limited breakfast was workable. Coffee was fresh, so that was a plus!

The room was perfect for my two children and I to spend our Thanksgiving together! The kitchen was perfect for preparing our meal with the addition of our crock pot we brought with! It is a wonderful home away from home!!

There was nothing that I didn’t like during our stay. The staff is always friendly and top tier when it comes to assisting guests, rooms are always clean and comfortable. Can’t go wrong staying here.

The lobby is nice & modern. The room size was great for my husband & I.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. There was not a lot of options. The day we were there the only hot item was biscuits & gravy (other than the waffle maker). Usually these hotels the have breakfast often some type of egg & some type of protein. Other than disappointed in the breakfast selection, everything else was great!

The only thing that was disappointing was the selection of breakfast items. My husband and I ate down there Sunday morning and there were no eggs or sausage or bacon. The only hot items was biscuits and gravy and waffles to make. I would have liked more of a hot breakfast selection

Check in was fast and efficient, room was clean and a nice size, and the price and location were perfect! Fell asleep on the comfortable couch, then woke up and went to the large bed with a bunch of pillows.

Would have liked more egg options at breakfast. Recently stayed at a place that had breakfast bagels, omelets, and other options that you could simply microwave and were tasty.

The suite was perfect. The location was perfect, the staff wonderfull we had a wonderful stay definitely coming back.

The only thing we felt needed some improvement was the breakfast our first morning There. The biscuits and gravey was disappointing and the bread, doughnuts, and other options excluding waffles were unfilled and limited. This was the only thing that we felt needed an improvement.
