I always think the staff is very friendly and do try and accommodate you. Rooms are comfy and the hot water for the shower is amazing! My guests enjoyed their stay.

Bit of confusion checking in. Booked 2 rooms 8 months in advance and only 1 room was booked. It was NOT the fault of the hotel, it was a problem with Booking.com, and I'll be dealing with them! I've stayed here quite a few time and I do think that the prices have been doubled because I never paid $100 per night! It was Rock Fest time so I think we got gouged...

Wifi was okay - I am aware I was at the far wing of the space and therefore, the wifi was weaker there, and that is understandable. Every member of the staff I met was wonderful: friendly, polite, helpful. From the hotel front staff to the restaurant/bar, while the space was sparsely staffed, I very much understand that. Those who were there were there to make a great impression.

Only issue/confusion: when I booked, I saw there was breakfast. There was no signage, indication, or notice to where breakfast was. I missed it my first morning, but did get it my second (in fact it was set up and ready early). Room key de-magnetized a couple times, but I was warned that could happen - understandable.

It was clean and decent for the price which was awesome.

The only think I would change is coffee needs to be in room and if not there then in lobby to grab when you feel

It is very convenient, right off Rt 29/129. I stayed there on my way from Minneapolis to Green Bay. The room is clean and has everything one needs.

I had enough room, and controlled heat-A/C to be comfortable. The Front desk attendant, Tammi was very professional -in and out of her official capacity as were others. I greatly appreciated the breakfast, and freshness of the food area. However, though the housekeeping could pay more attention to each individual room, they were very accommodating and I will be having my husband booking here in the future.

I have few complaints, aside from consistent, sometimes repetitive requests for towels, and cleaning supplies due to lack of employees.

Value for money was super. The people at the front desk were some of the nicest people at a hotel on my whole trip. I would stay at this hotel over and over again

Batteries were dead on our key lock to the front but we had to doors to our room so it was all good

There is no breakfast, there is no pool the younger female is never at the desk when she’s sopose to be working. I waited almost an hour and a half before she came to the desk .

They false advertise period

I don't have ridiculous requirements when it comes to hotels and my staying only a night or two. What I loved about this place is that it wasn't overly extravagant, it was actually quite basic/simple. A microwave, fridge, decent Wi-Fi, and a TV are all I need for basic hotel comfort away from home.

The location was great, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The shower had two shower head and only one worked and the water was very slow draining so only one could do a shower. Also the pool wasn't open.

The room was clean, comfortable and well kept.

The ice machine wasn't working and the "free breakfast:" wasn't avaialble. The whole place was under construction and short staffed.
